From the voice acting alone, his role is probably gonna be similar to feral Ezekiel from TD; someone that was once a contestant or a staff member from a previous season who knows the mysteries and secrets about the island, but overtime went crazy due to lack of socialization. Now and then, he pops up to interact with the other contestants, most likely the main character(s), spoon feeding them information about the mysteries of the island and/or about the hosts. While he might not be a danger to the contestants, he’s someone to keep an eye on. Also, he probably share similar traits with Trevor from DC.
Another theory that I have is that he was once a scientist/explorer who arrived upon the island to conduct research and experiments. Upon his exploration or experiments, there was an accident. While he survived, it affected little parts of the island where glowing rocks illuminate when come in contact, which might take interest to Hiro, and slimy adhesive appearing in certain areas, which disgusts Kaison. Overtime, his body went through a small mutation and because of isolation from the world, his mind went insane. With the arrival of the contestants and host, he might need the help of one of them to uncover the truth about the place and possibly the secrets about the hosts. I would like to imagine his role somewhat helping characters like Beatriz. On his bio sheet, we see a camera, something that I would believe be something left by him for Beatriz to find. Because of her being a photography student, it would be easy for her to map out areas of the taken pictures in the camera. With her help, she can uncover the mysteries of the island and who this mysterious figure is. Other interactions i see is Alice seeing him appear in the shadows of the forest but believe they’re her hallucinations and others believing that she’s crazy. Another would be with Budley where he gets scared easily when he sees him or hear his voice echo in the distances in the forest or caves. That’s basically what I have right now.

Oh Silliam Billiam Eviliam William. Classic. If I had to lose the chance at playing the mystery character, it would be to the evil duckling.
If I had a nickel for every time a Disventure Camp va got to voice a character I was interested in auditioning for in a TD fan series I'd have 2 nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weir that it happened twice.
In all seriousness though you killed it with the performance I don't think anyone else could have gotten that part other than you. You really deserve this, and I'm looking forward to your performance in EE.
I love how Billy voices in a lot of stuff, and also, I think you would be excellent at Evil William. Not to mention, his voice makes it sound so amusing and entertaining, which makes it more better! So excited to see it!!

I was really surprised when I heard your voice. I applied for Mystery Man as well, and I went really gruff, menacing, very ''crime boss" I guess.
But given EE's more lighthearted tone (or so it seems) I think you were the right choice. Very much a cackling supervillain, which is what this show needs.

Hey Billy! I know you’re casted for like two shows right now but I want to know if you’d like to voice act in my total drama/Disventure camp type show. It’s called Camp Crisis. I’m not done with season 1 yet though it’s been in production for a while and all of those characters have been casted but I have a season 2 contestant I think you’d be great with voice acting. If you’re able to give me your discord I can explain more as I don’t really want to spoil much for any people who might be interested in the show that are in your comment section. Season 2 should start production most likely after Disventure camp all stars is finished though.
