The fact the song itself is a love song, and if you don't believe me, it says in the wiki, it means that the monkey(the one on the left) has aggressive love for the chicken nugget, but when you get the bad ending, it shows that the monkey ate the chicken nugget on accident and now, he is alone, but when you get the good ending, you see that the chicken nugget manages to get the monkey back to normal.
Also some lore is in the lyrics too!

Twiddlefinger is actually cannon as maxdesignpro (Max) posted a short featuring this twiddlefinger model
This is my understanding of the mod
Maxdesignpro was a normal shorts creator posting normal videos until the chicken nugget meme came out. He was consumed by brain rot and uses the nugget in almost all his videos. The nugget is Max's best friend, so he obviously wants to help his friend. However he then realised that there is no helping max for now. So the little nugget has no other choice then to escape. But Max won't let the love of his life go that easily. He has no other choice than to eat the nugget so they will finally be whole. This is where the mod leads to. The start shows of the cartoony artwork and then transformed either into real life or from the nuggets perspective. The red aura is just a cool effect and has nothing to do with the story. You then help the chicken nugget by clicking the help button 75 or more times and he gets his well known cowboy hat that helps him in any problem. He then tells a sort of love story to the nugget and depending on what ending you get, Max will either successfully eat the nugget and they will be one but the nugget is dead. Or everything will go back to normal and max will be fixed as the nugget managed to help him. Hence leading to more shorts.

For those unaware, Twiddlefinger (as an FNF Mod) has been part of the most recent popular FNF trend of "Epic lyrical song about childhood memories".
Silly Billy somewhat inspired this, but the main mod that started it all was one called "Jeffy's Endless Aethos" which was cancelled recently after the creator was revealed to be a previously controversial dev.
The mod had two of these epic "lyrical" songs: "Aethos" and "Shucks".
Afterwards, people would imitate the actions taken by the controversial dev (making a fake one-off account) and style in one-off mods, but without the controversy involved.
The most recent ones (in order) have been:
