After years you can really see how much Phantom Fear refined his designs for corrupted characters. That starting cutscene with MM is genuinely good ass and unique zombie design that doesn't relies on unnecessary gore.
What's really sad is that Spirit is so broken, that he'd rather remain alone, wasting away in a broken virtual purgatory instead of relying on anyone else's assistance. And even if he did somehow get out, he would then have to deal with the messed up, corrupted world that he once knew. There really isn't any kind of happy ending for him.
Imo, he was saved, really. His world is starting to recover due to boyfriend and he doesn't have to deal with the corruption shit outside of the world. It is clear that this isn't the same boyfriend he first encountered and that's why he let him go, (not saying that senpai likes him now I mean he literally threatened boyfriend if he happens to come back, pretty sure senpai wants to kill him)
Actually, I am hoping Spirit will be a key player for the final battle. It would be interesting if the final battle happens in Spirit's world where he's in control, and they bring the corruption there where the Corruption wont' be able to beat them if Spirit is in control. And then the corruption could get deleted by Spirit after the good guys beat the corruption. It definitely seemed like Spirit saying "Don't come back" is a subtle hint that BF is gonna come back.
I think my favourite part is…bf never beat null. He lost the fight, but was spared because null WANTED him gone from his game and didn’t feel like torturing him
Tbf he isn't really evil. What he was doing before was just wanting to desperately get out of the simulator. So he had no reason to do so, especially given that there was no prior recollection of what occurred, and that they weren't really the "same" person.

So basically: GF is running into a trap set by the corruption. BF was threatened to be killed by spirit. BF Legit got fragged by the Harvester. Ironic, really.
I think I figured it out. Null D3 and GF D1 happen at the same time, but BF’s ends quicker, as evidenced by the False Thorn. GF entered Mearest’s smoke which is why one flash shows her tired, and then she is caught by the strings.
Man, this final battle episode was so crazy peak, Corrupted MM turned into a Spider form looks freaking sick, her laughs gives me the chills here, two songs in one video is really good quality, I was not expecting BF getting sliced in the end lol and Phantom and the team did an amazing job on this one!
Pico might be dead too. The harvester likely noticed him when he shut the door to hide/fight Skid and probably intervened against both, possibly killing Pico and absorbing Skid

At 3:09, you might notice a Soul BF-like figure in the background standing with the henchmen. This is actually supposed to be the ACTUAL BF at 8:40! This is due to the fact that both songs in the video are happening at the same time.
8:35 it's clear there that gf was still fighting MM while bf was already captured by harvester , but harvester just goes with bf into the cube. so , i think we'll eventually see a battle bewteen harvester and bf , since you don't kill your main character after all these plot armors lmao
I feel that the fact that GF is corrupted again was just a hallucination, since GF while she was running from spider mom was still, literally not moving, so I think there is a possibility that GF is not corrupted Apart from the hallucination effect that appears on the edges, it does not appear when GF is still.

Nah Senpai's AI is dead. Spirit is the one that made it out, he’s talking through Senpai. He’s essentially using his former prison as a vessel since it’s so broken that it no longer works as a trap.
so this entire week, was for BF to suffer, then once he is out the clown comes to kill him. GF day single is also out so and she is immediately under MM's strings. the only one really left are Pico and C-skid hiding in the same room rapping eachother.

Every time I think this series is on some path towards a conclusion shit like this happens. I mean, I love this stuff as much as the next guy but it’s nearing four years now and I’d rather have an ending soon than just going until people get burnt out or disinterested.
Fun fact: the creepy looking Boyfriend in 3:10 is actually called ‘Falsethorn’! It was Gf running past Bf and Mommy mearest editing him to make her not recognise him.
So that means that the order of events isn’t quite chronological, right? What we see in the end cutscene is gf running past bf into MM’s trap, but she’s actually just about to break out of the hallucination by punching the spider creature and continuing to fight her own battle
Would I be lying if I said this is the BEST FNF mod video of all time? Because holy FUCKING SHIT, I was left stunned by everything here. Imma jump straight to the analysis/theory/details and not yap this time. 1st GF vs MM section: I am honestly so glad they made MM as powerful as she is here, making whole ass illusions and making GF have to pull out basically all her stops to even get away from her. - MM launches 'string' attacks at GF at 1:16, this seems to be an ability CMM has throughout this video. - It was confirmed by Phantom that these strings are an MM-exclusive ability. Touching these strings causes illusions. The more strings there are, the more intense the illusion is. This is shown to be true at 3:54. - The shadow things we see at 1:21 are what I think are Henchmen? They can also be seen in illusion form at 3:05. Not a detail, but the part at 4:05 reminds me a lot of that one part in the Opening NULL vs BF section: - Spirit is seen flashing in the background at 4:40, while remnants of the school are also in the background. - BF tries to transfer ownership to himself at 5:20, 5:25, 5:30, and 5:35. He fails, however. - The part after 6:11 is Senpai showing BF what he did in the 'DELETE' week, since of course, he doesn't remember. Sort of like Senpai saying "Hey, look what you did". 6:39 I've noticed some people say they dislike this part, and tbh I disagree, this part onwards is amazing. It's the perfect feel for this kind of situation, like a condensed version of the entire week leading up to now. - 7:57 At this part, Senpai now realizes that BF doesn't have the same memories as the one who destroyed his game, and kicks him out. Confirmed by Phantom. - Senpai also looks normal in this part because BF was actually slowly restoring/helping not only him, but the game as well. This was also confirmed by Phantom. Final cutscene section: - At 8:30, GF is actually still battling MM's illusions, meaning ACCESS DENIED and Bloodlust happen at around the same time. This is further proved by another fact. If you slow down the video at 3:09, you'll be able to see a figure that looks similar to BF. This figure has a name, _FalseThorn_. FalseThorn is actually just BF at 8:40 in illusion form. You can see that both FalseThorn and BF have outstretched arms. If you don't believe me, this, again, was confirmed by Phantom. 8:49 BF tries to get to GF, but falls over due to an injured leg. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, BF's head gets chopped clean off. He gets cut up into pieces. The Harvester then drops down, dusting their hands off and snapping their fingers. _BF has been put in The Cube™._ THEORIES: Now, this episode opens up a LOT of theories. The stakes are definitely higher now, I'll say that for sure. 1. BF's bandage - Well, call me crazy all you want for this theory, but let's go back to 8:23. Take a look at BF's hand. His bandage has actually gotten larger, and now covers his whole hand instead of just his palm. Now this just can't be another animation error, right? The enlarged bandage is seen in multiple shots, and is clearly visible. My theory is that the one scene in the Opening where BF is shown with the bandage covering his whole arm, and corrupting, could come to fruition. 2. tf happened to GF - So, we already concluded that Bloodlust and AD happen at around the same time, right? Well, we're gonna have to go back to 8:45 and 3:55 for this one. At 8:45, we see GF running away from the MM illusion and toward the real MM. This parts happens at around 3:15. The part at 3:55 happens well after, and is what I think to be the last appearance of GF we see so far. I'm thinking that, much like BF being captured in the cube, GF could be captured by MM. This would open up the door for another main character (ahem ahem, Pico) to come in and save them somehow. This could also be why Pico didn't show up in this episode at all. 3. BF (doesn't) fucking die - After that scene at the end, you might be thinking that BF is literally dead. I'm here to prove you wrong, however. My theory is that BF didn't actually die, and is sort of in a limbo-state inside of the cube. Now, I could see two possibilities out of this theory. One, BF is temporarily 'dead' within the cube, and is just a soul floating around, since the Harvester wants to harvest _souls_. Or two, where BF still has his body and just exists within the cube, but I'm not too sure about this one. Anyways, it's highly unlikely they would just kill BF, the main character, off like that. Welp, that's enough yapping from me today.

I don't really understand the reason for including a Character like the Harvester. I really like how Phantom is looking to add in some unique characters to his story-, But at the rate that episodes are being put out, Harvester is really just going to extend the story and make it needlessly long. I think personally what made corruption so interesting in the first place was that it stuck to the original cast with few original characters, and the ones who *were* there actually made some decent sense and fit in with the main cast seamlessly imo. This isn't to say that corruption is bad or anything like that, it's just my thoughts- But I *did* like it way more when it just focused on the story of the main characters of the base game solely, with presumably the story headed in the direction of stopping Monster.
I feel the same way. I'm honestly not even really a fan of the Harvester so far or even much of the stuff since Soul BF's week besides the songs themselves. Why introduce literal zombies next to corruption (and then immediately show Skid eating his mom even though he's not a zombie, just corrupted) feels very gimmicky. And then like you said it just feels like this story is going on for too long. Gonna be even longer with this Harvester guy seemingly throwing a wrench in the pacing. It reminds me of the Ultra Vegito fan manga in the DB community where season 2 has just dragged out the story so much with the demon emperors that I can't bother to keep up any more.
You guys do know that phantom has had the story planned out since week 2 of the mod so the harvester was planned long before their introduction not to mention they were foreshadowed in gfs week on the poster

I believe he's had the story planned out for ages-, But the whole point of the comment was just saying how Harvester's inclusion is going to make the story way longer than it needs to be (in MY OPINION, for the record- it's fine if you like harvester ofc). This story's already been going for almost 4 years. Keep in mind, this is supposed to be a playable mod when the story is *finished*, first. I was just sharing an opinion that I think the story was at its best personally before Harvester's introduction, and the story was much easier and interesting to follow. I have a feeling that the canonical RETRY is going to come back over here. Bf resets to before Access Denied and manages to convert it into Access granted. The end result being that Senpai is saved and he notices the harvester thus saving bf thus saving gf. Who all think that this will happen?

i find something interesting in the starting cutscene for chkdsk ross is shown getting absorbed into the keystone by the harvester, but when boyfriend is absorbed, he gets cut up before being absorbed. the harvester is probably taking some extra steps to make sure boyfriend stays down, including possibly killing him. seeing as pico is the only one that we haven't seen in this episode, he might be able to save boyfriend via defeating the harvester, but that leads to all the others getting out, which isn't good because corrupted are in the keystone too.
he's probably not competely dead, the harvester will either bring him back for some reason or we'll get some sort of soul bf vs harvester song in the next part but either way i doubt he's gone for good
This feels more like a animated AU more than a mod now, and hily fuck I'm all for it. The quality keeps going up, the animation, note effects, visuals, etc. Are incredible. DD is probably not showing up unless the corruption gets pushed to a corner, there is no indication that he's showing up when MM is already about to finish GF off like she was nothing

For everyone saying bf is dead, I highly doubt it. My assumption is that the Harvester temporarily “killed” BF in order to harvest his soul in that cube thing, and now they have a chance to interact more directly one on one.
What I do know: - Boyfriend is most likely dead thanks to the Harvester. - Girlfriend is at risk of falling to the corruption thanks to Corrupted MM. - It is still unknown what is gonna happen to Pico. - NULL didn’t want to be saved AT ALL.

I don't think this is the case to be honest here, seeing other comments(though i doubt this theory myself) BF is probably going to reset to some point after hivemind and try again, if Pico is also in there and BF doesn't reset it's over. It all relies on Pico being alive and having escapes the harvester and/or uncorrupted Skid

I feel that the fact that GF is corrupted again was just a hallucination, since GF while she was running from spider mom was still, literally not moving, so I think there is a possibility that GF is not corrupted Apart from the hallucination effect that appears on the edges, it does not appear when GF is still.

What we see in the end cutscene is gf running past bf into MM’s trap, but she’s actually just about to break out of the hallucination by punching the spider creature and continuing to fight her own battle
Would I be lying if I said this is the BEST FNF mod video of all time? Because holy FUCKING SHIT, I was left stunned by everything here.
Imma jump straight to the analysis/theory/details and not yap this time.
1st GF vs MM section:
I am honestly so glad they made MM as powerful as she is here, making whole ass illusions and making GF have to pull out basically all her stops to even get away from her.
- MM launches 'string' attacks at GF at 1:16, this seems to be an ability CMM has throughout this video.
- It was confirmed by Phantom that these strings are an MM-exclusive ability. Touching these strings causes illusions. The more strings there are, the more intense the illusion is. This is shown to be true at 3:54.
- The shadow things we see at 1:21 are what I think are Henchmen? They can also be seen in illusion form at 3:05.
Not a detail, but the part at 4:05 reminds me a lot of that one part in the Opening
NULL vs BF section:
- Spirit is seen flashing in the background at 4:40, while remnants of the school are also in the background.
- BF tries to transfer ownership to himself at 5:20, 5:25, 5:30, and 5:35. He fails, however.
- The part after 6:11 is Senpai showing BF what he did in the 'DELETE' week, since of course, he doesn't remember. Sort of like Senpai saying "Hey, look what you did".
6:39 I've noticed some people say they dislike this part, and tbh I disagree, this part onwards is amazing. It's the perfect feel for this kind of situation, like a condensed version of the entire week leading up to now.
- 7:57 At this part, Senpai now realizes that BF doesn't have the same memories as the one who destroyed his game, and kicks him out. Confirmed by Phantom.
- Senpai also looks normal in this part because BF was actually slowly restoring/helping not only him, but the game as well. This was also confirmed by Phantom.
Final cutscene section:
- At 8:30, GF is actually still battling MM's illusions, meaning ACCESS DENIED and Bloodlust happen at around the same time. This is further proved by another fact. If you slow down the video at 3:09, you'll be able to see a figure that looks similar to BF. This figure has a name, _FalseThorn_. FalseThorn is actually just BF at 8:40 in illusion form. You can see that both FalseThorn and BF have outstretched arms. If you don't believe me, this, again, was confirmed by Phantom.
8:49 BF tries to get to GF, but falls over due to an injured leg. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, BF's head gets chopped clean off. He gets cut up into pieces. The Harvester then drops down, dusting their hands off and snapping their fingers. _BF has been put in The Cube™._
THEORIES:
Now, this episode opens up a LOT of theories. The stakes are definitely higher now, I'll say that for sure.
1. BF's bandage - Well, call me crazy all you want for this theory, but let's go back to 8:23. Take a look at BF's hand. His bandage has actually gotten larger, and now covers his whole hand instead of just his palm. Now this just can't be another animation error, right? The enlarged bandage is seen in multiple shots, and is clearly visible. My theory is that the one scene in the Opening where BF is shown with the bandage covering his whole arm, and corrupting, could come to fruition.
2. tf happened to GF - So, we already concluded that Bloodlust and AD happen at around the same time, right? Well, we're gonna have to go back to 8:45 and 3:55 for this one. At 8:45, we see GF running away from the MM illusion and toward the real MM. This parts happens at around 3:15. The part at 3:55 happens well after, and is what I think to be the last appearance of GF we see so far. I'm thinking that, much like BF being captured in the cube, GF could be captured by MM. This would open up the door for another main character (ahem ahem, Pico) to come in and save them somehow. This could also be why Pico didn't show up in this episode at all.
3. BF (doesn't) fucking die - After that scene at the end, you might be thinking that BF is literally dead. I'm here to prove you wrong, however. My theory is that BF didn't actually die, and is sort of in a limbo-state inside of the cube. Now, I could see two possibilities out of this theory. One, BF is temporarily 'dead' within the cube, and is just a soul floating around, since the Harvester wants to harvest _souls_. Or two, where BF still has his body and just exists within the cube, but I'm not too sure about this one. Anyways, it's highly unlikely they would just kill BF, the main character, off like that.

I don't really understand the reason for including a Character like the Harvester. I really like how Phantom is looking to add in some unique characters to his story-, But at the rate that episodes are being put out, Harvester is really just going to extend the story and make it needlessly long. I think personally what made corruption so interesting in the first place was that it stuck to the original cast with few original characters, and the ones who *were* there actually made some decent sense and fit in with the main cast seamlessly imo.
This isn't to say that corruption is bad or anything like that, it's just my thoughts- But I *did* like it way more when it just focused on the story of the main characters of the base game solely, with presumably the story headed in the direction of stopping Monster.
I feel the same way. I'm honestly not even really a fan of the Harvester so far or even much of the stuff since Soul BF's week besides the songs themselves. Why introduce literal zombies next to corruption (and then immediately show Skid eating his mom even though he's not a zombie, just corrupted) feels very gimmicky. And then like you said it just feels like this story is going on for too long. Gonna be even longer with this Harvester guy seemingly throwing a wrench in the pacing. It reminds me of the Ultra Vegito fan manga in the DB community where season 2 has just dragged out the story so much with the demon emperors that I can't bother to keep up any more.
You guys do know that phantom has had the story planned out since week 2 of the mod so the harvester was planned long before their introduction not to mention they were foreshadowed in gfs week on the poster

This story's already been going for almost 4 years. Keep in mind, this is supposed to be a playable mod when the story is *finished*, first.
I was just sharing an opinion that I think the story was at its best personally before Harvester's introduction, and the story was much easier and interesting to follow. Not bashing Phantom or anything.

Once you're broken out of Corruption once, you can't be re-corrupted, chances are the corruptions gonna try and kill GF instead

i find something interesting
in the starting cutscene for chkdsk ross is shown getting absorbed into the keystone by the harvester, but when boyfriend is absorbed, he gets cut up before being absorbed. the harvester is probably taking some extra steps to make sure boyfriend stays down, including possibly killing him. seeing as pico is the only one that we haven't seen in this episode, he might be able to save boyfriend via defeating the harvester, but that leads to all the others getting out, which isn't good because corrupted are in the keystone too.

I don't think this is the case to be honest here, seeing other comments(though i doubt this theory myself) BF is probably going to reset to some point after hivemind and try again, if Pico is also in there and BF doesn't reset it's over. It all relies on Pico being alive and having escapes the harvester and/or uncorrupted Skid
