There's something magical about seeing parkour is mechanically-tied and not animation-tied again. We haven't got one since Revelations, 11 years ago.

Honestly bro Ubisoft should put you on payroll. You've got the cleanest parkour better than any other UA-camr creators hands down . I'm def a fan I took what u said in your parkour tutorial and it helped tremendously. Seeing your parkour clips got me excited to play because now I know what's possible thanks to you. The new eject values make the parkour feel faster overall because you can short cut alot of turns that would have taken another grip or slow climbing over before.

I need Bordeaux to at the very least oversee all the ac projects going forward. the fact that they actually listened to the community speaks volumes and it’s good to have a dev team that actually appreciates the player base. hopefully they are putting their input in on ac red since it’s in the final stages of development. if Bordeaux has their fingerprints anywhere on red it’s going to be amazing.
I'm very nervous about red. But at the very least I hope they take notes from Bordeaux about buffing the parkour, and maybe realize that parkour overall is arguably the most important aspect of AC and do everything they can from now until it's release to make it as good as possible, from mechanics to map design.
You can actually start seeing a skill level develop with mastering this system and the maps layout now. So glad they buffed ejects, the only thing missing for me is a manual jump but this is leagues better than any of the rpg titles in terms of movement.
They made a decent parkour system a very good one, great in some aspects. With how responsive Basim is, alongside the excellent level design, we can say this is one of the most consistent parkour systems in the series.
It still has a few issues, but I really like it. Especially now.
This felt really smooth.
Tbh the only improvement they can make now is to make basim faster while parkouring. Other than that I think it's perfect

Do you know if there’s reliable way to get the diagonal wall run animation because I try and get basim in the right position and he is very stubborn about it
Yeah. I find it's most consistent if you press yourself up against the wall you want to climb before pressing the parkour button, and then sharply tilt the stick to the desired direction (angularly) and he goes

@@RopotopolousI just discovered that if you don’t give basim time to settle straight after scrambling up a wall he will consistently eject even if he misses what you were shooting for
Do u press x before r2 or vice versa? I csnt seem to side eject very often
I don't press r2 while ejecting
