    My dad bought an '87 LT40 for about the same reasons. You're right, manual mills are a lot of work. A few years ago I added hydraulics with the 2-plane clamp, turner, toe boards, and side stops. Made a new mill out of it but it would be nice to trade up to a machine with setworks.

      Yes they are also a great help when sawing all day.

    Good video Cory, you were right sharpening blades takes time , I bought sharpening equipment when resharp endedI would much rather be cutting than sharpening, Really miss Resharp

      Check around locally, you might just find someone set up to sharpen for you.

    Enjoyed this. But, I have a hard time believing he’s old enough to be your dad. My kids are roughly the same age as you, but I look (and feel) old enough to be your dad’s dad.
