Great info and appreciated. Question on your final tip-after laying down the plastic barrier are you saying each individual board should be sealed independently? Thank you.

No they can be stacked together and the whole stack can be sealed together

It's around 150 degrees and always make sure its treated people just don't think till it's too late

The technical requirement is 130 degrees for 24hrs. If you can hit 150 you can shorten the time but I like to stick to hotter for longer to be safe.
