Autmatizamos una sierra de arco para metal y madera con un taladro inalambrico haciendo que los trabajos de cortes sean más fáciles y menos cansadores.

As a retired CA licensed general contractor, and patent-holding inventor, I'd say many of the negative comments make a good point or two, but no one seems to have mentioned at least one obvious, if inadvertent, advantage of your design over the original saw or an off-the-shelf reciprocating saw. Let's see if any of the naysayers can figure it out. Looks like you're a guy who perseveres in the face of challenges. And whimsically creative. Fun video.
It's actually pretty damn stable and has a large length it can actually cut and one can dial in the speed so the blade doesn't get that hot as quick could also a oiler that can move along the rail
The ability to add leverage to the full length of the blade due to the guard? The ability to use maybe the smallest amount of blade possible instead of the full length so you can choose to wear the teeth as needed?
The stroke is kinda short for the way the hacksaw is normally used.

Buena idea con transferir movimiento giratorio a lateral con la caja bola en forma de leva.....aca en USA hay variedad de seguetas eléctricas en forma de taladro ..muy eficientes y para usar cualquier tipo de hoja dentada ..metal.madera etc.....basado en ese principio q usted ha demostrado ...asi q vale su demostración .de como funciona un mecanismo leva...

No es funcional , si cortas un metal más grueso té vas a llevar varios minutos y el taladro se va a calentar. Vi que esa solera de octavo le dio trabajo cortarla, sería más rápido a mano porque recorres toda la segueta e imprimes más fuerza y estabilidad.
Si tarda mucho incluso con la madera ,esto es porque el recorrido de subida y bajada de la seguete es muy corta apenas de 2cm a mano puedes usar toda la segue ta en el recorrido de los dientes por el material

Tal vez un rodamiento más grande o modificar a un tipo pistón como las máquinas de hacer tatuajes caseras

Sure. Great tool. I'll spend many hours building a makeshift tool instead of just sawing manually or buying a purpose built tool.
es un muy creativa la forma en la que recrea una sierra automática, pero un poco peligroso usarla, tal vez si mejora las guías por donde la sierra va y viene, esa chapa delgada sin lubricante no va a durar mucho.

Hay que ver que el taladro tiene sus rodamientos dimensionados para esfuerzos en sentido axial. En este caso, el taladro es sometido a esfuerzos totalmente radiales. Eso le va a reducir sensiblemente la vida útil.
En cada video tiene otra lesión, y hasta le falta un dedo.
No creo que esté entre sus prioridades la vida útil del rodamiento.
Talvez con un buen taladro electrico si aguante,porque este se dañara .

Never trust a skinny chief and never trust a tinkerer who isn’t missing at least one finger.
This is what happens when someone smokes too much weed...
This make shift tool is not practical. It doesn't have a long enough stroke. It's over stroke is only about ¾ inch on each side of what your cutting. Each tooth is about a 32th of an inch at it's base which means there's not many teeth in that ¾ inch over stroke.
That defeats the purpose of having a blade that long.
Due to the stroke length, you had to still move the saw like you were using it without that contraption.
Not to mention, I could've sawed everything you did just using a standard hacksaw and done it faster.
BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD.

Eso dañará el taladro rápidamente, debido a que no está diseñado para soportar esas cargas axiales y movimientos oscilatorios fuera de su eje de carga vertical.

Con todo lo que tardo haciendo eso yo hubiese ido a buscar un esmeril, una sierra circular o una caladora y ya habria terminado de cortar todos esos materiales mucho antes que lo que tardo en probar su "invento".🤷🏻♂️

Y si no hay electricidad en dónde estás y solo cuentas con el taladro de baterías? Es una buena solución, no?
Es muy rápido de hacer y te puede servir en muchas ocasiones futuras.
Para eso tendria un esmeril inalambrico, para usarlo con disco de corte para metal o madera. Hoy una bateria le puede servir a multiples herramientas.
Trabajo en construcción y hacer todo ese proceso para cortar un material es tan ilogico como ver a jhon wick desarmar varias armas para hacer solo una y disparar un solo tiro. Practicidad, tiempo. Si es por inventos, es mejor hacerse un generador electrico, es portatil, no contamina, y te da la suficiente energia limpia y casi infinita, para usar multiples herramientas.
