Just wanted to say that I passed the FE Exam last week so now officially an EIT. I graduated in December 2016 so I should’ve taken it when I graduated but good to have it done. I reviewed all your FE Civil reviews and it helped with my review. Thanks.
Congrats on your FE, I am really happy for you and thank you for message, it is really nice to hear that my videos are helpful. Good luck on your future endeavors!
Diameter of pipe A is 2 inch, also note how we didn't really use the diameter of pipe A because we were given the flow rate and we used the flow rate in our equation.

Thank you for watching Rowan. In the exam, you will not be provided with more information. The water flows through A, and since pipe A splits to pipe B and C, therefore, water will get split between the two pipes, the direction in pipe C or B doesn't need to be specified to solve the problem! Good luck with your studying!
