Meditating about my own death and asking myself: "Is the life am I living right now will make me smile while I'm on my death bed" makes me reassess things and ponder.
many great stoics used this type of technique. makes you feel alive and motivated bc you face the end. it can be scary but its life so you might as well make it work for yourself.
Hello
Hi @@MaryBeacky :)
The body keeps score section really hit. I had psychosomatic pains for 5 years, the doctors diagnosed it but said there was nothing they could do. My chest constantly hurt (and I mean unbearable), and eventually, I lost the use of my arm, meaning I couldn't draw anymore. I was always told I was a waste of space, so worked to prove everyone wrong, these were almost all agency and voluntary roles in my 20s due to a lack of confidence and qualifications. I always wanted to open an activity center or enjoyed drama, but didn't know how to do it. So I ended up doing animation in uni, to prove that I was smart enough to get through it. then I jumped from job to job with the goal of being worth something. After failing a teaching degree, I'm now a youth worker. I promote and run all of the activities I used to enjoy. I still don't have the balance yet. But I have grown so much in the last 5 years, especially the last year.

You've shared some profound insights, my friend! 🌟 It's clear that you've delved deep into these five regrets of the dying, and your interpretation of each one offers valuable perspectives on how to lead a more fulfilling life. Now, if you could help someone prevent just one of these regrets by sharing your wisdom, which one would it be, and what advice would you give them? 🤔
Hello
Your reflection on these five regrets of the dying is truly insightful and thought-provoking. It's evident that you've taken the time to understand their significance and how they can be applied to one's life. Your ability to break down these regrets and offer your interpretations and advice is commendable.
Wow, I have to say that this video really struck a chord with me. The way you eloquently break down these five regrets of the dying and add your personal insights is truly enlightening. Your perspective on happiness being a choice and the importance of self-care resonated deeply with me. Kudos!
I absolutely agree with your assessment! Great question as well! Each regret offers a unique lesson, and it would be fascinating to learn which one resonates most with them and what practical guidance they would offer to help others avoid it. This kind of personal insight can be incredibly impactful in prompting self-reflection and positive life changes.
If I could help someone prevent just one of these regrets, I'd focus on the regret of not living a life true to oneself. My advice would be: "Listen to your heart and follow your passions. Don't be swayed by the expectations and opinions of others. Embrace your authentic self, pursue your dreams, and live a life that genuinely makes you happy." 😊🌟
So true about a job not being such a struggle. But also I would like to work less hours, have space to pursue and build on my hobbies, explore the world and build on my connections ❤
Great post Clark. Thank you

IV: Lifing YOUR life and not to others is hard. People might turn away and not be friends anymore because you dont fit in. this is kinda sad. of course these people are not open minded
Excellent sir ❤❤ can you visit in India ❤
🔥Yes!🔥 The aim is to do our best & live a life with no regrets! Don't conform, be YOURSELF! 🤘 Great video man!
Hello
I don't know how many regrets I had in this life but one thing that made me regret. ALWAYS is love.- Sex relationships! Not a surprised to u? 😃 yet. I lost family members, friends, money and ID cards, passports but that doesn't make me feel regret or I put much weight, lost weight or not visiting favorite places on earth 🛩All doesn't make me feel satisfied either regret
Even when I see handsome men who hurt my feelings that they didn't choose me is not a big deal 😉 I'm still alive 😬😂 All just trash for me. 🦄
Thanks man I want to start making videos just like you.
Where does forgiveness fall in late regrets
Why did you remove the méditation with the thumb :( love from France !
Where's the list?
💙💙💙
I do like your videos
❤❤❤
This is a good video to watch at my age 19.
kinda cruel to ask the dying to reflect on their life regrets....hopefully she also asked them what the best parts of their life were.
I think so too! but on the other hand... if someone learns something of it, wouldn't you be happy to share some things anyway?
Good Morning dear friend .Hope you had a lovely night rest?
