South Asians to East Asians. Every Asian country have their own style of ramen. I like Indian and Pakistani ramen.. It's so good. I can eat it everyday.

You can't compare foods from very distinct places. You are foolish to say that this ramen will not be rich in flavors as compared to indian foods ,when you get variety of flavors in same bowl.

I don't think in India they use so many varieties of meat which can give its broth its authentic taste. Also judging by the looks of it, seems quite watery and mild. Well I cannot say that it would be bad cuz I haven't tasted it but I would like to know, Have you tasted it??

I used to live in the neighbouring building and I was more than excited to go back there with my friends and let me tell you, the prices have been increased and taste is awful, for anyone who wants to spend INR 500 on that bowl, please stay a thousand miles away and go to Japan and Korea if you can to taste the authentic Ramen, and if you can't, well, Indian Delicacy zindabaad!
i tried this but i skipped chicken as i dont eat chicken, but trust me guys it taste awesome as well digest quickly, the quantity is good but little bit costlier but i eat this twice a month to pamper myself and endulge in authentic ramen taste
The broths are no way like authentic ramen... The authentic ramen needs Tare(base flavouring sauce/condiment) and aroma oils that changes depending on the kind of ramen and where are you in Japan... But atleast we can get some kind of version of ramen here in India, that is the thing I like, you're showing...😇😇
Authentic Pan Asian food are not exactly favoured by MOST Indian tastebuds. Hence we have to Remix a bit as per our liking. Indo Chinese Indo Italian Hence, Indi Ramen
Nah this is not a proper traditional ramen, ramen is incomplete without pork and pork stock, it's something you'll never get to Enjoy completely without the proper traditional items.

It looks good for kharghar, however i would like to point out they are assembling ramen wrong First goes the tare or the dip, then the broth followed by noodles, protein, salad and garnish
@w2s. There's not that much difference between 'authentic' soba and these noodles. The taste would be almost similar. I just wish they do use pure maida noodles. This restaurant is on my wish list and will visit next week. Let's see. 🤞
5:01 aapne galat tarike se pakda hai chopsticks. almost right hai lekin 1st chopstick middle finger pe nahi, ring finger pe rakhni hoti hai and 2nd chopstick Thumb, Middle finger and Index finger se hold karni hoti hai.
Went here with my friends for my birthday. It was a little expensive, but was worth every rupee. 9/10 will try again😋😋😋😋
