Hello there you have a nice surprise and such great knife blades .... That gives a lot of nice knives a lot of fun with them and maybe you'll let us be there when you process them. Greetings from Germany Michael
Hi, Vahid I'm a new subscriber I found your channel because I was looking for a specific video, and I found it on your channel. That was a really nice present you got.
@@VahidCullsberg They are very different looking blades and in one scene I thought I could see how sharp it was however, I'm not sure if I saw it right, because my knowledge of knives is very limited. I'm 63 born in the Netherlands but have lived in the very south of Sweden for 37 years. I always wanted to live a while further up north so now I'm staying for one year in Jokkmokk. I have been fascinated by the knives the Samen make so I decided that when I'm here I'm going to try to make some knives. My son visited me with X-mas we went to the museum and I asked him what style of knife he liked and he wanted the most difficult style 😥 (with a sheet of reindeer antler). there are loads of videos about wooden or leather sheats but not so many with sheats of reindeer antlers. So I watched 3 videos and got very impressed by the speed you did cut with a hacksaw 😉, I got so impressed that I decided to visit your channel and just looked around. I have watched a lot of videos of knife making on different channels but never subscribed to any of them. There are some reasons I subscribed to your channel one of the main reasons is that I love what you are going to do with the blades you got as a gift another reason is Bob Dylan however the biggest reason is of course your amazing speed sawing with a hacksaw 😂
😅😅 Who knew that my hack saw skills would be so appreciated! Wow so you are in Jokkmokk? I lived there for at least 7 years and did some photo documentation for the Sami Museum. I have documented thousands of artifacts for the digital library. Lots of knives! It's too bad I can't use Bob Dylan's music in my videos as I'm a huge fan. It would be nice to follow your knifemaking process.
@@VahidCullsberg Yeah and I like being up north though I have one problem, COPD so when it's freezing more than -10 c I start to have problems breathing, when I walk 500 meters in -35 it sounds like I have been running a marathon. I will make some pictures and maybe even film some of the processes however I'm not so handy so the result will most likely be thereafter. Besides the fact that I suck at filming. Normally I'm living in Simris (just outside Simrishamn) on the south-east coast and last year I bought an EU (45km) flak moped and drove to Jokkmokk and it really is too bad that I suck at filming because it was a wonderful trip and it could have been great content. Edit ps I loved how you claimed back the tree from the bear 😂
I'm giving away this handmade knife at 3000 subscribers:
