Hi @ccharraf Basically, oil change is just the regular oil change and oil filter change. Whereas Inspection is more like a major service, ie. Check any of the other filters that need replacing ( air filter, cabin filter, fuel filter, brake fluid) just to name a few..

@Luke Herrmann program is called VCDS you will need to buy it directly from their site. Hooks up to the cars OBD port
