I think that touring model homes, looking at the best features and only speaking about how "great" a builder is misleading at best. I'm not sure what million dollar buyers you're working with but to me these homes seem massively overpriced for being 1:30mins away from the Tampa city center. These builders are taking advantage of people's FOMO. Something that shocks me is the amount of homes that have carpet vs tile or vinyl flooring. How can people pay thousands and even millions of dollars to have carpet in their bedroom and upstairs? I just find that ridiculous. I loved the homes you showed though. I understand you're doing your job. Just my opinion. Thank you.
Thanks for your input. FYI, they are about 40-45 min away from downtown Tampa but all good. I agree with the carpet, but you can opt out of that at the design studio

San antonio is just getting developed but has access to all the amenities while lithia is a bit more developed with the likes of fishhawk ranch nearby. You will still have a bit of a rural feel there, but families with kids live the A rates schools.

My clients haven’t had any problems with them. You should know all costs before signing a contract. Did your realtor help you with that?
