      Amazing indeed. Thinking to buy one of the same model but Westbay has no lots next to lakes or boat canals, only to some small ponds.

    Does Homes by west bay HOA cover maintenance specially in Hawkstone and Creek Ridge preserve?
    How much are the lot premiums in these two places?

      No they do not cover maintenance of the homes. You mostly find that in villa style homes or 55+.

    I think that touring model homes, looking at the best features and only speaking about how "great" a builder is misleading at best. I'm not sure what million dollar buyers you're working with but to me these homes seem massively overpriced for being 1:30mins away from the Tampa city center. These builders are taking advantage of people's FOMO. Something that shocks me is the amount of homes that have carpet vs tile or vinyl flooring. How can people pay thousands and even millions of dollars to have carpet in their bedroom and upstairs? I just find that ridiculous. I loved the homes you showed though. I understand you're doing your job. Just my opinion. Thank you.

      Thanks for your input. FYI, they are about 40-45 min away from downtown Tampa but all good. I agree with the carpet, but you can opt out of that at the design studio

      @@TampaFloridaLiving I like your work, don't get me wrong and maybe it's coming from a place of impotence since I can't buy one of these myself. That said, I'll probably be buying one of these in the future so I I'll reach out for your help when that time comes.

    What is the difference living in Lithia vs San Antonio?

      San antonio is just getting developed but has access to all the amenities while lithia is a bit more developed with the likes of fishhawk ranch nearby. You will still have a bit of a rural feel there, but families with kids live the A rates schools.

      @@TampaFloridaLiving my kids live in land o lakes.we wanna move close to them next year sometime. We saw while back at Mirada townhomes for $244k starting.

    Be careful with this builder because they have deceptive sales practices. Your clients will be stuck paying way more up front than they thought they would.

      My clients haven’t had any problems with them. You should know all costs before signing a contract. Did your realtor help you with that?

      @@TampaFloridaLiving yes she did then they cut her out of the design process. Then they changed the amount. It’s deceptive sales practices.
