By the time they get into take off position any attacking jets would be a lot closer perhaps catching them still on the ground thereby giving. Credence to the old gun fighter "the quick & the dead" or that old movie 🎥 of the same title.
Uhm, ever heard of radar? There is AWACS airborne non-stop, and there is ground radar. On scramble (e.g QRA) these birds are firstly parked very close to the runway, and secondly they will immediately take off, without parking or waiting (instant clearance). So no, your scenario is not likely. Besides, there is also more than enough AA at and around the base.
