Half agree. Young early 20s women only want their own age for the most part. But 25 plus are easier to attain for a man from 25-40. I think 40 is the real age pill. 30 you are still young enough.
I hit the big 4-0 this year, and I agree with just about everything you said about the difference from 20's to 30's. I'll refrain from giving advice, but I will share a bit of my perspective. Late 20's were pretty good for women, but early to mid 30's really were prime time for me. I was fortunate to keep my hair, I stayed lean, my style improved, my career & finances improved, and I just overall became more comfortable in my skin. A lot of the young man angst just sort of went away. What I found to be so great about the 30's is that you're still basically young, but a lot more clear-eyed and mature. You can really have a lot of great experiences - romantic and otherwise- if you stay fit, maintain good mental health, improve your finances, cultivate hobbies/activities where you meet girls, and remain open & curious about the world. Despite this I don't want to argue with the video because the social opportunitues are much better in the 20's. I am 56, so I know a little something about the agepill (is it really a pill?) Decreased libido is an issue, alright. Outgrowing bars and nightclubs is another (note that I never went to bars or clubs; in fact, I mostly avoided people). You are totally correct about these. The only benefit to age is having more experience with people and how they think and act. I was so inept socially as a teen and young adult. It makes me cringe to think about how awkward I was, and how surprised I was by their insults. I still am inept, but at least I know that it is wise to just avoid people. I now know that They are easily angered and rarely apologize. I expect people to be annoyed by me, even if we haven't even met yet.
I confirm on my behalf that being older has not benefited on the attraction front after 30. The advantage is that age makes this thing less relevant and thus any associated pain more tolerable - by 40 I accepted the world as it is. Red pill videos have helped though.

I’m 25 but look 10 years younger. I don’t drink alcohol, sodas or energy drinks. I don’t smoke vape or take drugs of any kind. I don’t eat candy or junk food, and I workout regularly. I also make it a habit to go bed at 11:30 at the latest. As a wise man once said. “Take care of your body when you’re young, and when you’re old, your body will take care of you.”

If you try hard to stay in shape , take care of your skin , and fix ur hair line if u recede (thank god it’s not in my genetics) you can attract young women until your 40s. That was me throughout my 20s. Always looked 17 no matter what, even with facial hair. And yet I still experience hair loss. I'm 30 now and I'm starting to accept that I will never attract women or even have kids, which is something I would want once I'm in better financial shape.

Good question. SMP can sometimes look unrealistic. I've seen cases where it's looked good before. It depends on how far your hair loss is. SMP will give you the look of a buzz cut illusion of hair where as a hair transplant or hair system would give you the look of actual hair. It depends on what you ultimately want.
I will say that getting into your 30s you tend to lose the gawkiness and gain a sense of ease and confidence around women that many girls in their 20s find more attractive. I know many girls in their 20s that are turned off by the immaturity of many men their own age and prefer an older guy. That type of girl tends to be more mature in their attitude themselves which is kind of what you want as well. Also being more financially secure does help since, let’s face it, they like the idea of a dude having a fatter wallet being able to squire them about town like a queen LOL.

Sigh, yea I'm going to be 30 this year in December I got a hair transplant back in 2023 that gave me a new hairline and density but it appears I'll need a new one again, to the common eye I'm norwood 1 but I can see areas that need more grafts at the front side temples The norwood reaper never sleeps, and after that my donor zone will get nuked so I'll have to get smp on it to blend it in I'm also planning on getting rhinoplasty to straighten my slightly off center nose, I read rhino can make one look 2ish years younger For my skin care shit I just use a cleanser, copper peptide hyaluronic acid, emu oil and then tretinoin at night I know sleep and diet are what i need to work on Im not fat but taking phentermine pills to help me lean out quicker Its all so tiresome

Good question. SMP can sometimes look unrealistic. I've seen cases where it's looked good before. It depends on how far your hair loss is. SMP will give you the look of a buzz cut illusion of hair where as a hair transplant or hair system would give you the look of actual hair. It depends on what you ultimately want.

I will say that getting into your 30s you tend to lose the gawkiness and gain a sense of ease and confidence around women that many girls in their 20s find more attractive. I know many girls in their 20s that are turned off by the immaturity of many men their own age and prefer an older guy. That type of girl tends to be more mature in their attitude themselves which is kind of what you want as well. Also being more financially secure does help since, let’s face it, they like the idea of a dude having a fatter wallet being able to squire them about town like a queen LOL.
