Bill to Seal Felony Conviction Passes

A California bill that would seal felony convictions for most ex-felons is headed to the governor’s desk after passing both legislative houses. The bill has its advantages and disadvantages. But, one attorney said that the proposed law has little impact due to internet archives and media reporting on crimes.
