      Aye, they did that with the G903 Hero. The G903 Lightspeed is the previous version. The Hero sensor is a lot more efficient than the PWM of the G903 Lightspeed.

    Have had this mouse for nearly 2 years and have had 0 problems. Even after taking multiple beatings, this mouse still functions like it did when I first bought it. This mouse is GREAT for anyone with big hands. The way your hand sits in the mouse always for full extention, rather than feeling like your hand is smooshed together like that on a deathadder. Battery life is great as well. Hardly have to charge this mouse, even with RGB. It feels like this thing stays charged for days on end. Great mouse for someone with large hands that doesnt use a claw grip.

      @ILFforever Рік тому +1

      @@impact0r Do you use your mouse 24 hours a day? In extreme cases, I uses it to game for at most 5-6 hours a day and even then it would last 30 days. The mouse also enters sleep mode automatically so you do not have to turn it off and it turns back on instantly when moved. Comparing it to other mice which have 60-80 hours of battery life, I don't get the problem here.

    Then begins the ghost clicks and double clicks.
    For this price you need something that will last much longer.

    The switches used in this mouse like most other logitech recent mice releases have issues with double click as reported in dozens of other videos. The mouse breaks down from use after anywhere between a few months of usage up to 2 years. I have had 2 logitech G903s now, and have been sent out a 3rd from logitech support due to the double click issues. If you have the technical skills there are videos on how to tear down the mouse and open up the switches and repair them. If your lucky your left button will break first, but mouse is unusable if your right mouse button gets the issue. Would recommend people buy a mouse with optical switches as they are technically immune to the issue.

      I find that the wheel button is a little firm but it's not too bad as long as you keep the scrolling set to the clicked mode. If it's not setup like this, then the wheel spins when I try to press the button - which is super annoying.

    What do you think about the negative customer reviews on G903? No one seems to be recommending with it and calling it a faulty production line. It's only 70$ but I'm still hesitant about it cause of its reliability. What do you think?

      Well I can only comment based on my experience with it. I've had it since I posted this review. I still use it regularly with my HTPC. I have not encountered any issues with it so far.

    If you have a double click issue ....just to say ....there is no fix for that so gl ....I rly love Logitech products but sometimes you get this annoying "feature" on their mouses when you cant hold the left click and it double or quadruple clicks .... I was searching for 2 whole years to fix this "bug" and there is no fix ....only the refund can save you ....

    my spouse got mine at the thrift store for 4$ 50% off, so 2$. I had just purchased a logitech wired mouse, the g203 for 30$ because i just recently started playing sc2 again after years of not playing. to the point i was missing a decent mouse. anyways, when my wife told me, that she too, had bought some mice from goodwill. I was like ughh.... okay. Then I saw it, especially it being in 9.5/10 quality, and I was like holy shit! :D for $2 nonetheless. Why would someone donate this? Perhaps they bought the new mouse in this vid? Or is therte any problems people are experiencing with this mouse?

    If only it had 4-6 thumb buttons... Seriously the right thumb is probably the most used digit in console gaming and has been for decades, why can't we have a non-MOBA mouse with enough bindable thumb buttons for basic actions in FPS games like sprint, meelee, crouch, toss grenade, whatever... Why do we have to choose between 0 to to or 10+ thumb buttons. Long live the G700S.

    If you have decently big hands, completely avoid this mouse. I bought the G900 which is identical size and shape wise and after 3 or so years of using it, it has significantly crooked my pinky finger and the muscle which connects the thumb with the palm feels permanently bloated. The software made it unusable too (it's been solved as of today but they solved it before and fucked it again before so...) by making it not able to charge and randomly deleting all your profiles and settings. *After 3 high end mice from Logitech and a bunch of other devices which miraculously started failing as soon as the warranty ended, I've finally learned my lesson...*

      @@hadifelani My preference would've been to stay with the G900 instead of spending another $150 on a Razer Naga Pro but sadly I can't change how big the G900 is. 🤷‍♂️ A reality is that if your hands are 12+ cm wide, your 2 last fingers WILL NOT have anywhere to rest so your options are to roll them into your palm or if you use it fingertip style, to crook them so they make contact with the right side. I spent 3 years using it *Monday to Friday, 15 to 20+ hours per day due to work* + some hours on weekends and well... it took toll on my hand's health.
