A Delicious Loaded Potato Egg Casserole

- The BEST Loaded Potato Egg Casserole
8 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp Seasoning of choice (salt and pepper)
2 cups frozen hash browns
1/2 to 1 cup crumbled cooked meat of choice
(I used bacon)
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4cup chopped green onions
Assemble per video instructions.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes

I make egg casseroles for our small group at church when it’s my turn to bring refreshments. It’s hard to beat a good breakfast casserole. Thanks for a different idea.
We are fortunate to have 6 chickens " my girls" and I love them...I'm guessing smaller eggs depends on the variety of chicken we get large eggs many times double yolkers our prairie bluebells mostly give medium size...I'm with you Leslie on cracking into a separate bowl but I do that with store bought too you just never know...this casserole and the french toast both look delicious...have so enjoyed PB messages this Holy Week have a Blessed Easter ❤

I did make the egg casserole with sausage, colored bell peppers, onion, and I used the shredded hash brown potatoes,and of course eggs. It was a big hit. I will definitely make it again. I am the only one in my family that likes orange so I will make a smaller version. Thank you. I love your blouse. It really looks good on you.

We have 20 dozen eggs from a church member coming from their chickens for our Easter breakfast on Sunday; now I’m worried we should have bought them from a store instead. I read recently though that eggs in stores could potentially already be 8-10 weeks old by the time you buy them, that sounds scary, too. Ugh.

When I was a kid, we had a chicken coop and the chickens laid their eggs in the coop...all but one. She would hide her eggs. Sometimes it might be a week or more before we realized she was hiding an egg. Ahh man! It was heinous.
