I'd like to add that though pedals may be equal, foot/leg strength may not be. So you can do 2 things. Either adjust the pedal to accommodate your weaker leg, OR you practice to get your weaker leg up to par.
I would go with the second option.

Title: Explaining his double bass technique.
What the video is actually about: How to properly adjust your double bass pedal.

My pedals are not equal because my feet are not equal. That's what works for me. Know one can tell you how you should set up your pedals. It's a one-off thing. Experiment yourself.

Lombardo needs a set of trick pro1-v bigfoots

While I'm nowhere near as good as Lombardo I do know that this is not really very useful advice on how to play double bassdrum. Spring tension, sitting high, low, equal beater angles.......sure, but way before that you need to worry about: PRACTICE.

Nah you should prob get those things right first then practice actually.

Practicing incorrectly can be detrimental. Develops bad habits that create walls in ability that can only be overcome by completely deconstructing the bad habit and relearning from scratch

Equal pedal tension, yet my leg muscles arent 100% equal. Right is stronger & more dextarity & stamina.

There are faster double bass players than Dave Lombardo, but no one has his power. When he plays, every stroke is clean and precise and thunderous.
