First Trip to Rudee Inlet - These Fish Were BRUTAL!!

Took a trip down to Rudee Inlet to see if I could get onto some Flounder or Speckled Trout. But outside the inlet, let's just say that I ran into something a bit scrappier than most fish I'm used to fighting...

It's about 90% luck if you're using mono or fluoro leader for bluefish. They'll bite through 50lb leader just the same as 25lb. If you want to have a shot at some real giants, make stinger rigs with light wire and free line live spot around the docks in rudee. my biggest is 36" doing that
