Got a good mega bus story. Was riding from Chicago to Minneapolis, and a guy sitting behind me argued for almost 3 hours with his ex wife, apparently he was bringing her, their son, and he was demanding what he needed and how he could f her up, and how he's not afraid to do anything to her. Basically reading her the riot act before anyone could get a rock in their hands... I felt bad for the boy, I could hear him yelling and swearing at her over my headphones at full volume watching James Bond
The bus where I live takes 90 mins to go ~20 miles. To put that in perspective I can go from the same place, get on a plane and fly to London in about 90 or 120 minutes (600 miles I think)

my public transport story is that i ended up coming out as gay to a friend... on a crowded bus, during rush hour, in glasgow. it was so much more dramatic than i expected. crying and hugging was involved and i'm pretty sure everyone heard everything because all the people in the vicinity were awkwardly silent. now i know i'm 50 other people's public transport story.

Think the worst experience I've had was when I was going on a train to Edinburgh and there was a guy who clearly get travel sick, I dint think I have to finish off what happened but just to top it off he was sitting right beside me when it happened, I could of cried
Took chinese busses fae virginia to new york city. they have been fairly lovely. Also have flown from miami to virginia like a million times, usually just sat there drinking in the airport turning the sport tvs off with my phone. Fun times.

Man your experience with buses sounds really bad haha, which is why I either walk or take a train anywhere. Last resort/trains are off I'll get a bus. I always avoid buses when I can.

I think it's quite hard to get yourself lost on the London underground, it's just a bit shite when they're on strike day after day after day I swear there's one every fucking month it's become part of English tradition. The people on the night tube are a great laugh, the day before they banned use of alcohol on the night tube everyone got together and had a massive drinking party across all the lines that ran at night, must've been hell for everyone who actually wanted to be somewhere though
