Yes ksante was clearly weak and needed buffs. He almost dies when he goes in 1v5!
The problem is not buffs or nerfs he just needs rework. They way he is now, if you mega nerf him, he becomes only viable in pro play/really high elo, if you buff him a smidge, he becomes a menace. Why riot doesn't see this is the biggest problem.

Skarner vs Trist R should go like this:
1) Trist presses R early enough, Skarner R is mid-channel when it hits, so it gets cancelled and Skarner is knocked back
2) Trist presses R late enough that cast + travel time only hits Skarner after R finishes channeling, in which case Skarner should yeet backwards WITH Tristana in tow

the early datamine was 4% and the ingame tooltip still says 4% so might be a typo in the notes

It literally gives +20% Bonus AP(when you hit all 5 enemies) so when you have 6 items this thing is going to make you a monster.

The scaling is still nice but the dmg on the item itself scales like shit. The passive scaling ap is just a bad version of dcap.

Need help understanding. Wasn't it like a few months ago when people were complaining about ADC's being weak? Have they gotten stronger since then and are the new items overtuning the role?
Maybe it's just ADC's in solo q (thats what caedrel said), not sure would be nice for someone to explain to me ty
In competitive ADC's mainly carry the games with highest damage dealt but in soloq its very hard because you get oneshot and stuff and you gotta have your team kind of peel/protect you to be able to do something without dying

My issue is that PD pretty much gives you boots movement speed wise. So even with ghost disappearing for adcs they'll run around everywhere with some OG zeri gaming

I don't think it's a good idea to play Viego bot with these new item changes unless you somehow plan to snowball. ADC's just got a LOT stronger late game. Viego mid could be legit though.

we can finally build Navori and IE in same build after Navori's change
But the navori dmg amp is gone which was most of the items strength. Navori will still be good on champs like trist, maybe vayne or smolder. But that combo isn't that good for most adcs imo.

Yun tals is a crazy finisher item for crit no jokes. Get it like 4th after last whisper item and it shreds hard.
I think you’re wrong about Blackfire Torch being a scaling item. 2% of your ap is just something they threw on there so the burn is not complete ass late game. Even if you have 1k ap, that’s an additional 20 damage per sec on the burn. So I think you build it first to give you the pretty strong 60 damage over 3 seconds base (which is decent early game).
Edit: aaand you say this right after I resume. My bad.
i think cash back is actually fucking op. its effectively 6% discount on every legendary item, with the difference being that it only works if you already have enough gold to buy it. sure the first legendary buy will not be benefitted by it, but you will probably already start to notice a difference at your second legendary.

People should be talking about how broken Shaco is gonna be with these ADC items and new Sudden Impact. Cheap Shot was a majority of shaco's early damage from runes and new Sudden Impact is just a stronger version of it now, as well as Shaco when the old ADC items existed had way too much damage on 2+items. He can burst like a Zed and deal sustain like a Yi with backstabs and crits. He hard counters and one shots ADCs in an ADC meta using their own broken items. Crazy

@@SpeedyBozar He used to take Cheap Shot which doesn't scale with damage either. Sudden impact does over double the damage and on every auto instead of one proc. Shaco doesn't need to scale crazy he needs to kill people early and snowball for more items or just make game unplayable for enemies. Like I said it's most of his early damage. It's no joke later either an extra 80 damage an auto with a lot of auto attacks on crit shaco is pretty crazy from just a secondary rune. He doesn't really need scaling in runes because he can go something like collector inf edge and have 50% crit now with a tonne of AD maybe if you're feeling spicy and really ahead you could go Navori but yeah he is useless without a lead is his biggest problem

Dawncore is such a waste of an item. Yes it is conceptually very strong, but it has to be bought as 3rd-5th item, and exclusively by enchanters (maybe, MAYBE some outliers like Orianna could build it but still). Even in piss elo getting to 3rd item isn't guaranteed let alone 4th as a support, and the only enchanters playing higher economy builds are Ivern, and Karma who usually doesn't build it.
So it's an item that you only get to purchase every third game on about 2 champions, and never on everyone else because of how the game is currently played.
should have only changed ghost for ranged champions. champs like olaf/darius getting nerfed for no good reason there

I think the changes are good, because they are fixing the game having way too much dmg for no reason.
zephyr is crap because now the only build any ADC can go for is full crit with IE, anything is else is pure garbage and any ADC that doesn't build IE is dead now, mainly because Lethal Tempo is removed so any on-hit builds with 2,5+ AS are dead... and those crit items give a lot of movement speed so zephyr is actually providing a reduced value on top of that because of how movement speed stacking works so it's not even worth to buy it, it's better to sell boots and buy a proper item...
so yeah now Tristana can build navori with IE and it's total bullshit, I already tried it so everyone has to go tristana every game now and who goes a non IE ADC can already FF while doing no damage

That Zephyr item is insane to exist. ADCs are just gonna rule any game that goes past 30 minutes. I don't get why the hardest scaling class in the game needs even more scaling.
Its just 10 more attack speed, and some movement speed, nothing game changing when adc still gets oneshots but that new broken item bruisers and tanks got

i wouldn't necessarily call a 50% gold efficiency item scaling. it's certainly less damage than just getting another damage item
@@Finkaisar That's the problem with adc players, you guys already have a really strong role unless you don't know how to click/farm, you get god knows how many new good items, tank (which are played BECAUSE it's an adc meta) items get nerfed and they add one new item which is very niche and that 5 champs will build at best, AND you still complain.
Adc role is weak in lower tiers because you guys suck and refuse to try to improve and rather blame it on the game.
So they are literally doing what they were intended on doing instead of just being bait for the enemy team

So many unique champs have been played in pro play the past few years, it is NOWHERE near as bad as it was once was. I rly don't get this point. Internationals tend to get more stale after they ramp up because people won't jeopardize their title to experiment on a diff pick when they are convinced the meta picks will do the job.
