Nah showcars were always cool to look at, especially if the owners go wild with imagination. Its just the people who do this and then act like they own the streets in their "race cars", giving others bad rep who just want to decorate their cars.
This has less power than the Sentra they recently reviewed, and it's much older. Yet, it's significantly more fun. Our economy cars will have a great future once everyone starts rolling around in self-driving electric pods.

I’m 40yo and this is what 20yo me always wanted. I love the sound, it brings me back to living in NJ when everyone had a bodykit or a piece that was getting painted later on. We criticized the ricers back then too but, hell if you didn’t modify something on your car you weren’t living.
Ouch! I have the "crazy spaceship" looking Civic. 2018 LX coupe. NA with VTEC. Manual transmission. And made in Ontario! It's the modern successor to this car. A 2020 goes for $22.4 CAD. It's a blast to drive.
"Cold air intake". Sitting right next to the exhaust manifold. 😂 Find a stock airbox and a K&N drop in filter and you might get another few hp from it. This thing is pretty sweet though. Really takes me back to the early 2000s.

I had this exact civic right after highschool. It was a 93 Civic DX i believe. Manual, no power anything...but I did have rims and a cold air intake i put in myself! The intake made a HUGE difference as in it let me accelerate to highway speed because without it I couldn't even get above 100km/h. Many good times cruising the streets of WHITBY!...and the 'shwa.
Thank you for not turning like majority of other car YT channels. Where once they get a decent amount of followers they turn into their (expensive) “lifestyle” kind of videos. These videos are more realistic for us to reach. Project honda/mustang!
I dated a girl with this style of civic, but it was a purple Si. And it was suuuuper fun to drive. The tailgate was one of my most favourite things ever!!! These civics if you can find one that’s unmolested are an actual treasure! Good job on this! Lol
My mother used to have one of these, in blue, without the airbrush paint. I loved it so so much, so much fun to drive. And I still think it's one of the best looking Civic hatch Honda ever made.

Used cars are expansive in Canada. In Brazil with $3000 (US) you can buy a VTEC 2003 7th gen Civic with AC, airbags, abs... with half of the mileage
