- Peugeot 408 HYbrid 225 2022/2023 is a Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) car. It has 1.6 l inline-4 turbo petrol engine plus electric motor. Total system power: 165 kW (225 HP), 360 Nm. The lithium-ion battery capacity: 12.44 kWh gross (part of it ~9.5 kWh - is available for driving in electric mode). WLTP figures for Peugeot 408 PHEV 225 PS: 62-64 km (38.5-39.8 mi) in all-electric mode. I checked it during the trip which took place in a city and on a highway. Final result for Peugeot 408 HYbrid 225: 58 km (36.0 mi) with 16.3 kWh/100 km (262 Wh/mi, 3.81 mpkWh).
Finally! good job done, should be nice to see 0-100 kmh!
Interesting test, better results compared to the others, I already read. Didn't you lose some altitude along the way? This might have helped the final result ; do you check this factor in your tests? What is the average speed? Thanks for your tenacity and patience.

Last 2 km was exaxctly the same :) Avg. speed is visible on the dash :) 56 km/h
I noticed the downhill bits too...think we need more test drives to get a more accurate figure

Lorsque je vois la manière dont cette marque traite ses clients ayant des dysfonctionnements graves sur les systèmes addblue et sur les courroies humides des puretech, je déconseille fortement ce constructeur irrespectueux
Great test...And now throw out this gasoline engine with gearbox, complete exaust system with catalytic and gpf ,full tank of gasoline with pipelines etc...
This reduce weight enough to put 50-60kwh battery and we will got nice looking ev 408.
