I love Dodger Stadium and think it is the classic baseball stadium, but Fenway Park is the best stadium around. What character. If Boston ever takes this down, they need to be locked away.
Well for one you never been to Massachusetts it's obvious, because you would know there is no where for the Red Sox to build in Boston as all the real estate has been gone and accounted for , for the past 50 years. They would have to do what the Patriots did and build outside of Boston . So yeah Fenway is forever in its resting place.
I have been a New York Yankees fan since I was six years old, and nothing will ever change that! A special congratulations is needed for the fact that Fenway Park has been around for 100 years! :)
I’m from San Francisco and i never been to a baseball game until I was 21 when I was invited to watch my Home Team the SF Giants play the Red Sox in Boston at Fenway 😍😍😍 it was the coolest experience ever. Glad I can say my first baseball game was at the Most historic baseball field in the World.
Not american I Don't know much about baseball just movies I watch like field of dreams Or moneyball But damn Fenway Park I'm so fascinated about that stadium
Very good and interesting video. too bad that my team the Yankees didn`t allow the Redsox a victory on the park`s 100th Anniversary. Makes me feel bad in a way, but the Redsox are a great team. I use to love to see Ted Williams play in New York.
@weeny069 seriously thats like telling someone they suck on their birthday, besides i've been to fenway at least 15 times and its the most magical place in the world
Ok? That's not my point. My point is that it was the 100th anniversary of the park, and doesn't take away from it just because they lost. The Yankees are probably the better team but I didn't say anything about that.
I'm a Yankees fan, but I still have to respect the history behind what is today the most historic ballpark in the MLB. Just the players that played there - Ted Williams, Oil Can Boyd, Luis Tiant, Babe Ruth, and Carlton Fisk, etc. But even though I respect Fenway, I still hate the Red Sucks.
Poorly written....she says Red Sox Nations....and says Yaz hit three-hundred and twenty six! But the worst part was mentioning the right field bullpens, but not showing them. They did mention Pesky's pole, but failed to explain why it is call that---or even get in to the odd demensions of Fenway---why the Green Monster is so high---or the extreme angle and expanse of right field.
Christ A’mighty. The audio sounds like it was scripted by a 4-th grader for a book report: Fenway’s not a “Stadium”. Yawkey Way didn’t exist in 1911. It’s NOT “Red Sox Nations”, plural. The right field bullpens WERE moved in & built for Williams, and the red seat is not the farthest ball ever hit there.
And just how many times have they lost, total? Dating back from when the began? The Yankees (in majors for LESS time) have more wins than every other baseball team. Face it. We're the best, and that's been proven statistically and literally. Enjoy your burn. BUCK FOSTON!

@@P3GProductions yeah you’ve probably never been there before

One team would beat the other team to death with these things called baseball bats
ok wiseguy, so how was it played?
" Look dumbass, that's not how baseball was played! "

For someone who got bad grades but still loves history, Boston is so cool. We recently did a NY, Yale, Boston trip and I loved everything about Boston
Spent my sweet 16 here watching a game... It wasn't every girl's dream of a sweet 16, but it was perfect for me :-) Oh, and the Sox won, of course.

I love how one of the video responses is titled: Great Sports Franchises - New York Yankees
“Fenway Park on its feet for Teddy f***in’ Ballgame! He went yardo on that one, out to f***in’ Lansdowne Street!”

Hi
Why would you comment on this video, and you're a fan of the Baltimore Orioles? :/

You forgot the hill in left field, otherwise, good job! Thanks.
Yeah, I was looking for an informative documentary about Fenway, but this sucks!
i take it you don't like jackie robinson??

Yeah. I like the park. Looks really, really nice. But I hate the sport. Interesting history though.
But I think I'll stick to Rugby and Soccer...
27 people are Yankee fans.
Why do you blokes think a hand operated scoreboard is so special. Ever heard of the Adelaide Oval scoreboard?
Where's that dude?
probably in Adelaide
Because they aren't often used anymore
So? 100 years, same stadium. Doesn't change anything about it just b/c they lost.
I need love
