Viair vs Audew Air Compressor comparison under $100 for TRUCK tires! 32 33 35? Let's TACO BOUT IT!

The Viair 88P is a winner. Had mine for 5 years until my daughter swiped it from me. I bought another without a second thought. They are built to last.

I have an ARB and it is mounted onboard. I made airlines with quick connections to do 2 sides at a time. All 4 at a time is to much work and tangled up. I will be making short whips on all 4 corners.

The Audew isnt hot because the cylinder covers are plastic. I took mine apart and there isnt much there to help cool it. I might look into the Viair to see how its built.

The Auden is not hot because it uses fake plastic "heat sinks". If you remove the 4 screws at the top of each compressor head, you'll see the bare, non heat sinked compressors below. Such a design would lead to short lifespan, as the real compressor beneath the plastic overheats without you knowing.

If you could only have one, which would you pick? What’s the duty cycle on the Viair and the Audew?

between the 2 it's Viair because I can pump air quicker. It gets really hot but does the job.
duty cycles are 25 vs 30 respectively. the audew never got hot but it also takes more time to pump up the air.
sidenote: my 88P was stolen but Viair was kind enough to contribute a replacement. I'm going to taco bout it on my next vlog.

I didn't see any info about the duty cycle on the HF compressor. That's important before it needs to be shut off for a period of time to cool.
