Right?! I love how she is ENJOYING her baby! I wasted so much time feeling guilty or unproductive when I could have been more present in that new motherhood moment.
As an artist and new mom myself (5 week old!) thank you so much for these vlogs. It's reassuring as I figure out this transition to know that you can do both!! Here for ALL the baby content!
I loved this vlog!! My children are 10 and 7 now, but this took me right back in time 🥹 Libraries are so fantastic with kids. When we're looking for a simple activity we go and get books - you can see how many we've borrowed on our library cards and it's something like 4000 kids books over the past 10 years!! Amazing! I also liked having an audiobook on while we were playing. Would love to see more vlogs 🥰
It’s so cool to see how your content has evolved over the years ❤. I really enjoyed this video 🥰. It’s amazing seeing you show up as a mother now along with all the other roles you play, the video was engaging and overall cozy and sweet. Looking forward to the next one 😊 take care !!
Believe it or not but your videos with baby n showing ur work n motherhood together is actually inspiring n giving strength to those who r new mothers n transitioning through this phase.
Great video!! You're doing an amazing job of multitasking work and family stuff and prioritizing your time with your new baby! I think you're doing the right thing, incorporating gradual introductions of things from pre-motherhood as time allows, like recreational reading. If I were easily swayed by things like book reviews, I would listen to them less often too, and just focus on my own enjoyment of each book.
Minnie, Congratulations! It has been along time since I have had the opportunity to enjoy a video from you. It is a different life with a little one. You are doing great! I know it is not easy, but things will all work out with your new family member. ❤ Warm regards, Martina
Baby is adorable, she looks just like you! Also, sorry if this sounds nosy, I don't recall if I've seen a cat in your videos, but you mentioned buying cat food, so if you do have a cat you should know that lilies are lethally toxic to cats
Recommendations: HBO Max " Hacks" {aging female comic and young lesbian writer team up} " True detective: Night Country" (murder in Alaska at a science hub. Jodie foster, with a focus on indigenous people) comedy on HULU "what we do in the shadows" (different sense of humor, not quite Monty Python but funny. Staten Island vampires.)
I think books are sometimes really personal or they're just objectively bad. The baby 👶🏽 stuff you got is cute and so is little Roe? (Sorry ifI spelt it wrong) I love your vlogs just the right balance of montages and talk to camera.
It’s really interesting to see how you’re handling motherhood and working as an artist, you’re doing amazing 🥰

How is your cat doing with a new sibling?
If you want a fictional page turner I recommend Red Rising.

Im not sure how it is in where you live, try to see if you can setup something to request books through the library website using your library card.
