Firework safety doesn't matter if you have an increased amount of idiots using them. If it's illegal the state needs to make it harder to get ahold of them. It's clear not enough effort has been put into cracking down on firework purchases and not enough police were out there patrolling. You cannot stop stupid people from doing stupid things unless u take away the tools they're doing them with

In SF, fireworks season goes from 3rd week of June to September. WTF, SF?
