I’m so glad you covered this subject. I go to a local leisure centre in Greater London and I know for a fact, listening and watching individuals around me that people are on it. They causally talk to one another about cycles, blood work etc. I’m older (42) and always tell the youngsters don’t bother. Stay natural. But Instagram and younger bigger dudes get their attention. So this video is so refreshing.

Well done joe for making this. It's nice too see a younger person actually talking about it and trying to educate the younger social media youths. Unfortunately I think it will fall on death ears. However I applaud you for doing this. You should make more content about this.
Respect. Love that you are addressing it out in the open. More of this needed especially given that there a so many young men especially who are thinking of turning to steroid use. Thank you for shining the light into the dark place.
I needed this, being 19 debating the last few months and considering taking steroids this has put into perspective how dangerous it is and has definitely changed my mind completely
Literally Joe, thank you so much for making this video. Especially these past few months, I feel like more and more people in the fitness industry are starting to consider taking steroids and just start taking it like it's a supplement. We need more people like you who actually give a shit about the people you influence and show everyone the reality of things. Life is the most valuable thing ever and it's really sad to see people defending the idea of giving it up to look jacked. It's really not worth it. You're one of the few people on the internet I actually have respect for nowadays.
Wow. I never knew. Thank you for educating me Joe, I was always going to be natural anyways but this really showed me another side to stereoids I didn't know existed. Thank you for the content.
I love how your content is sometimes so real and you do your research so well on issues like this. Keep up these videos man, it’s gonna bring change, i trust 🔥
big up for releasing this video and spreading awareness. the media and social media will show us unrealistic bodies and glorify it and when we can not reach that goal we turn to steroids and other drugs which can have very bad side effects on the body.
Fantastic video once again joe, all the stories of teenagers who are still just kids dying because of steroids really puts everything into perspective and I think a lot of people want to hop on gear without knowing the proper risks and this video does a great job of educating everyone. Also can’t believe you were in Dublin, would have loved to meet you ❤
World class video Joe. Education is key and by addressing the topic hopefully it helps people realise that they look great as they are and that steroids are not needed to build a great physique. Also, you may never be satisfied with how you look, that is ok but to us looking in from the outside you have built a quality physique. Head up mate and great content as ever.
When i started going to the gym, i love seeing changes that happens to my body. The first month felt great because i have achieved lots of ability that i didn't have before. But months and months on going to the gym, and still lifting the same weights made me think like "Should i take steroids? I'm very dissatisfied with my current body. I'm tired of lifting the same weights over and over again. Going to the gym 5x a week didn't even make any changes to my body". Then this video appears. Thankyou Joe, for reminding to me that natural is really the way, for reminding me that steroids ain't it.
Was thinking of hoping on 1 cycle at the end of the year because I know people who use it and don’t really get side effects that much, but after seeing this, I can confidently say that I will stay natty forever. You might have saved my life Joe, thank you
@@Big_bang_zhang hes made the right decision so why try and question him further? Steroids can totally fuck up your body even in small doses. Great video, I can relate so much. Guess everyone of us is facing some kind of body dismorphia some day... but you have to accept, that there are natural limits you wont be able to overcome. I can highly recommend to avoid this whole fake fitness life on social media and focus on yourself.
Well, in the beginning of working out in the gym I always compared myself to bodybuilders and other people that were on tren, like dwayne johnson, because it's imposible for human body to gain a couple of kilos of clean muscle mass in only 1 month! Thank you Joe!
Recently I've gone down into a rabbit hole in regards to steroids, body dysmorphia and body building. Reason being because of people I've dated who have a skewed idea on the ideal male body type. And just how vain they really were. Was with an army veteran who had complete body dysmorphia. We were on and off for a year. He would get in really good shape then drop off and go back to his dad bod which I preferered. He would show me pics of showmen bodybuilders and work towards that and it turned me off but I was supportive. His dysmorphia rubbed off on me for a bit but i snapped out of that. Months after started dating another whos currently in the army. Honestly had no idea he was juicing because he was so bulky rather than lean and shredded. I couldnt tell till I noticed little habits here and there among personal things. He also would workout twice a day, weigh his food, barely any quality time cause he was tired. Nothing sustainable for a long term relationship. Im done with these vain narcissists who cant find a balance. Not only that but I do feel bad for men who struggle with this its the equivalent to women getting plastic surgery. Just with worse short/long term effects.
You're actually a really good influence, keep it up this video was very educational and I think anyone will be able to understand the risks of steroids. You might have probably saved a life from this video

Joe I'm from the states and recently moved to the UK and I do find that the use of steroids is so normalized here. I know it is in the US as well but it seems almost expected nowadays in London, where I live. If you go to the gym as a guy, people anticipate you also being on gear. Thanks for spreading this awareness and message to your audience. I respect that a lot.
@@EuanWhitehead Strange, ive been going to the gym for 3 or so years (in the uk) now and ive only ever seen one person whom ive suspected was on steroids, all the sarms goblins seem to be rich kid influencers from one of the various "famous people cities" in america
I feel like all these influencers who became more open about their steroids use recently is one of the reasons the intake of steroids goes up. By opening up about it but still continuing with taking it they normalize the use of it and therefore their audience could potentially be more drawn to it.
On the flip side there are alot of pros using and they are completely fine and live very happy life's with no side effects! Alot of people just go on gear with very little information and research on it! At the end of the day it's like building up you're food intake if you where bulking, start off small and work youre way up on doses and see how you get on! That was such a great video, Joe. Thank you for always being so open. You've opened my eyes and probably saved lives by making this video.
Goosebumps
Big respect man everyone needed to hear this and you are the perfect person to do so. Love your stuff you are truly an inspiration to all the natural lifters out there! Keep grinding King 👑
Thank you for shining the light into the dark place.
joe mad respect for spreading this message
What a good video. Joe is a good dude honestly. Respect for this. Your one of the few real, relatable gym people on YT
I needed this, being 19 debating the last few months and considering taking steroids this has put into perspective how dangerous it is and has definitely changed my mind completely
Your balls shrinking should’ve been a red flag immediately
Same age, same thoughts.
from a 21 year old man I took anabolic steroids at 19 and in the space between then and now i have ruined my life. Steroids will ruin you.
They should show this vid everywhere, like just send it on the news
Wow. I never knew. Thank you for educating me Joe, I was always going to be natural anyways but this really showed me another side to stereoids I didn't know existed. Thank you for the content.
3:45 rip zyzz
Love to see this Joe, this needs to be spread, teenagers these days are getting too comfortable with the idea of hopping on the sauce
Everyone is different and use at your own risk
I love how your content is sometimes so real and you do your research so well on issues like this. Keep up these videos man, it’s gonna bring change, i trust 🔥
This video is insanely good man, all my respect to you
Thank you for looking out for people that dont know the dangers of this. And thank you for the good content you provided.
big up for releasing this video and spreading awareness. the media and social media will show us unrealistic bodies and glorify it and when we can not reach that goal we turn to steroids and other drugs which can have very bad side effects on the body.
When you make an appearance in Joe’s video 😳 0:49
Incredible video u’ve helped out so many ppl
Fantastic video once again joe, all the stories of teenagers who are still just kids dying because of steroids really puts everything into perspective and I think a lot of people want to hop on gear without knowing the proper risks and this video does a great job of educating everyone. Also can’t believe you were in Dublin, would have loved to meet you ❤
massive respect and love for increasing awareness
Unlike other weight training youtubers, you promote a healthy lifestyle and care about our health..You're a legend
That is one powerful message and people really need to listen to it
Thank you Joe you might of have saved my life cause I was considering taking steroids
Dude you should still do it. Just don’t abuse it

Awesome video Joe, glad your spreading this message! 👍
Terrific video bro
World class video Joe. Education is key and by addressing the topic hopefully it helps people realise that they look great as they are and that steroids are not needed to build a great physique. Also, you may never be satisfied with how you look, that is ok but to us looking in from the outside you have built a quality physique. Head up mate and great content as ever.
You’ve grown so much with so much influence man congratulations
Such an inspiring video , I really was going to hop on gear but it looks like you changed my mind .Thank you
honestly, the best vid i have ever seen in 2 years, keep rewatching it almost everyday even i dont use them W for u Joe
More people should see this video, educating young people is a must!
yes its worth it, gains
Joe out here saving lives what an inspiration
Was thinking of hoping on 1 cycle at the end of the year because I know people who use it and don’t really get side effects that much, but after seeing this, I can confidently say that I will stay natty forever. You might have saved my life Joe, thank you
its only if you abuse it xd
So you watch a zero studied biased UA-camr with no knowledge or experience about the use of steroids and make your decision based on that?
@@Big_bang_zhang hes made the right decision so why try and question him further? Steroids can totally fuck up your body even in small doses. You never know how your body will reacts to these drugs, one minute you could be alive and well, and next minute your in hospital recovering from a heart attack or even worse dead. Why go through all that trauma just to supposedly "look good" 🤔
@@Big_bang_zhang why are you even on here commenting about that he knows nothing you really must of enjoyed the video then to be able to find out that joe knows his stuff sounds to me like you're a jealous steroid user that doesn't know what he is doing or talking about

Joe fr saved lives with this
i was afraid Joe was heading towards this path, however i'm extremly happy and surprised he made this video
this journey should ultimately be about health first
Posting this video doesn’t mean Joe isn’t using or considering using PEDs
Great video, I can relate so much. Guess everyone of us is facing some kind of body dismorphia some day... but you have to accept, that there are natural limits you wont be able to overcome. I can highly recommend to avoid this whole fake fitness life on social media and focus on yourself.
Well, in the beginning of working out in the gym I always compared myself to bodybuilders and other people that were on tren, like dwayne johnson, because it's imposible for human body to gain a couple of kilos of clean muscle mass in only 1 month! Thank you Joe!
+
This video really needed to be much longer, but great awareness!
When you make realistic goals und accept them, you don’t need anything …and still it’s possible to get ripped
Big up for bringing this up. I have mad respect for you after making this video.
All the exact reasons I’m always staying natural thank you Joe ❤
2:06 what da dog doin
You're actually a really good influence, keep it up this video was very educational and I think anyone will be able to understand the risks of steroids. You might have probably saved a life from this video
For the people who are thinking to use steroids. Stop, do you really want to live till 30 or 50 max 🤔? Why not live to the fullest and strong af
Modesty in everything
In alcohol, wine, sex everything in modesty just like fruit cakes are nice and great in modesty of course.
Legend for putting this issue out to a wide audience, I thought that I am not good enough but I am never gonna do steroids and I want to built a better me naturally
It's surprising isn't it, it's mad actually.
Thank you Joe, I really didn't know the risks and without this video I would have eventually dabbled in anabolics.
Ur videos r compact brilliance, 5 minutes of no bs content and such a provoking subject, thanks man
On the flip side there are alot of pros using and they are completely fine and live very happy life's with no side effects! Alot of people just go on gear with very little information and research on it! At the end of the day it's like building up you're food intake if you where bulking, start off small and work youre way up on doses and see how you get on! If you was to start high doses then youre body is going to be like WTF are you doing to me! Period.
This video gonna wake up a lot of people you did a very good job joe you are good person
