I bought the Gabriel CD - Bright and Dark sides plus bluray for twenty pounds. One Vinyl copy of either mix is averaging between thirty five and forty pounds. Possibly why the gabriel CD version of I/O is selling better than vinyl?
Thank goodness Peter has released his album at last, I wonder if I'm the only one who found the constant release of each track in bright and dark mixes all year utterly annoying. I just wanted the album out with one mix!. Unfortunately I believe the album has both mixes on it, aargh!
Singles chart is a waste of time. I would imagine that the top 20 this week have actually sold very little, all on streaming “plays”. Funnily enough I just bought Cher’s album on CD from Sainsbury’s in a “magazine” format. Great that Gabriel’s back on top, wasn’t a big fan of his drip feeding tracks though! I think Metallicas RTL is because it’s been reissued on coloured vinyl (as they all will be… eventually). 😊👍
Phill, Greg Lake's " I Believe in My Father's Christmas " is in my opinion the most beautiful Christmas song written! My fav Christmas song~~~

The Greg Lake single is indeed a great Christmas song except for the line “… the Christmas we get we deserve…” which really grates with me.
