Aaaah I had removed this from my cart in favour of the Hexa...then you make a review! Aaaaah... It's back in the cart now, together with the Quiet sea and May. Why do you do this to me?
Oh i was trying to decide between FIIO JH5 and the EM6L but now i have this one to chek too 😅 thanks for the reviews, and i hope you can review the FIIO JH5 in the near future that gonna be amazing
Not essentially since the money was spent already, but if someone is buying his first pair of hybrid, I will always recommend SC5P over Hexa, as a overall better package.
after checking FR graph on 3 diff people's rigs on squiglink, I saw this set has imbalance above 4k region, not extreme, but consistent. at this point in time, an iem above 50 dollars without treble does not compete. and why mmcx?
Hello there, i need some advice, right now i have moondrop chu 2 and kz eds pro x, i want to upgrade, i got like 40-60 bucks, i have no idea what i need so I've chosen three options 1 DAC Moondrop DAWN Pro, md lan or may. Also my pc like 1m from me, and right now i use from the extender to make the wire longer cuz i not comfortable use from pc, and if i gonna buy for examplre md may, how i am gonna to connect in to pc? the wire is too smal, or i need to buy new cable for it that will be 3.5 . Also sometimes i want to use iem's to the phone (not often). Any ideas>? I hope that you understand that i typed...
Hmmmm, in your case, only Dawn Pro is a valid option I guess (due to the distance issue), just use a normal 1-2m USB to TYPE C cable to connect your PC and dawn pro, it will work fine. Then save up for lan or may, technically you can use chu2 cable on may as well.
thanks so much for the answer, i thought +/- same way, lan and may the best option in around 40-60? i saw truthear zero also. And after buyig dac i gonna to buy may and use chu cabel for a time, after that i can buy good 4,4 or 3,5 mm (in your rewiev said that 4,4 in dawn pro worse that 3,5 so i thing i am gonna watch to the 3,5 way) right? just re asking
@@or1ginalxs yah, I used to use red quite a lot as well, but switched to analog may as my daily driver, due to comfort and preference in sound. Regarding to cable, just use Chu2 cable, it’s fine, and don’t waste extra money on new 4.4/3.5 cable, better spend it on something else , since cable will gradually gather when you keep progressing in this hobby anyway.
ngl that treble roll off is kind of a deal breaker to me.. how does this fair against its cheaper brother the Quite Sea? Looking to gift my friend his first iem.

mmcx is not an issue?
Maybe? But on this set, I kinda needed the twisty nature of mmcx to get a perfect fit.
mmcx scares me away
Could you please sugges simgot ea 500 lm vs scp5, which one to chose , prefernce is fun and musical not too much bass, please suggest
I'd take ea500lm, but with the correct filter & eartips of course.
that vent looks like a lightning port.....
Hi cata
Should I replace my hexa for this one?
The Hexa is better for instrument separation and overall technicalities but the SC5P is more engaging, therefore a side grade or complementary add
@@gabech2789 thanks a lot

@@catadegen ok thanks so much again, loved your videos :3 , but english too hard for me

The quiet sea is necessarily a cadenza with less bass and more air/treble extension, SC5P is more technical and natural tho.
😢
Sonus is also better than hexa
And it usually goes for around $40 on aliexpress
Good value
