I've always found ambience videos to be relaxing and very useful ... but with everything we are dealing with across the world right now, their ability to calm the mind and create inner peace is needed more than ever. Any time I feel myself getting a little overwhelmed or anxious ... I just lay on my bed and listen to a video like this with my eyes closed. It works wonders and I thank ALL the ambience video makers from the bottom of my heart.
