I got this pedal for my Fender Dimension bass and it was a godsend. The active pick ups on the bass are too loud at some venues (local electric wiring problems etc.) so this really saved a lot of ears :)

This is more of a tone box. I had the enhance knob modded by built by ryan and sound insanely cool

This is an amazing channel. I had to subscribe. I have 2 questions for you. Did you get a lot of noise off of enhance knob, and also did lmb-3 finally ended up being way too scooped sounding for your taste? Thanks in advance, you always do a great job.

Didn't notice exaggerate noise from the enhancer. And you are right, I felt like the enhancer is very bright and sound a little brittle for my taste. I think the enhancer part is not the best feature of this pedal.

Enhance probably sounds better into a cabinet or cabinet emulation. With a DI signal like this, there's no highs being cut like through a cabinet.

Yeah, sounds a bit like the CS3 ‘Tone’ control - just adds too much high end fizzle after 2 o’clock

Not getting much of a compression effect with the threshold up so high. More happens when you go a fair amount below halfway.

I think it's a good pedal for that. Super quick attack, really effective for a lot of control and bold limiting. Thanks for the good words !

Not at all, just a bad demo. Have this pedal and it is fantastic. Just need to understand how it works

@@BassStuff ratio at 3 o clock and threshold at 9 o clock gives you a good start to get a Very scooped and compressed sound. From there on you can alter thé spacing to span thé flexibility of thé pedal. Use it since 2006, know Every detail of it. My words of experience and wisdom🙂.
