Um.. Damien literally shamed Jenny for not sleeping with him, tried to frame Ben and straight up used Eric. Not to mention was a bad drug dealer (didn’t even give the right drugs to people). Ben and Gabriel are degrees higher than Tripp and Damien.

my #1 for Serena is Carter. both adventurous, both charismatic af, and idk if it's just me, but their chemistry was to the maximum. I think their travelling and plans when looking for Serena's dad were the equivalent of Blair and Chuck's schemes. I love when a fictional couple has something more than just holding hands and going out. I'm also not Serena's biggest fan, but I like her better when she's with Carter for some reason.
my #2 would be Dan, everything you said was pretty spot-on. their 'poor' boy-rich girl shtick was cute, they ended up knowing each other really well after all these years of being on-and-off, and they could always count on one another at the EOTD. I also appreciated Dan being the only one who believed that Serena didn't relapse. it made their connection seem really convincing.
my #3 is Nate. unfortunately, I don't see the chemistry that everyone is talking about. I can't recall them bonding over anything other than sex. Nate being protective was cute, but he was the same with all of his female friends. Carter, Dan, and many other boyfriends were just as protective of Serena. bonus points for being two 'golden' hotties and Nate being in love with Serena since childhood, but the later also throws me off a bit too much because this happened while Blair was his long-term girlfriend, and a Serenate endgame would've left a bitter taste in my mouth.
The other guys didn't leave enough of an impression, except for Tripp being the worst, and I disliked Sage's father for Serena too.
I can never ship Serenate, but it’s not about Serena doesn’t deserve Nate, for me, it’s just simply because I don’t think Serena genuinely loves Nate, Nate is never the one for her or even who she is ever passionate about.
The reason of Serena and Nate ever got together in season3 is because of the whole situation with the car accident and Tripp. And I feel like at that time when Serena decided to be with Nate it was out of gratitude but not love.

I´d say Carter, then Dan and number one Nate: With Nate, I think it would make the most sense if he ended up with Serena, since they come from the same world and have a lot in common. Whenever they were together or were good friends they had fun together. Regarding Dan: I think that he and Serena are just too different. As teenagers this may still work, but not for a relationship as adults

Might be partial but I love Dan as number one if they didn’t did Jenny dirty I’d have him and her. I love the complexity of Dan as a character (the actor is amazing ) so number 2 and agree Carter is three.

Oh Serena. I love you. She has so many love interests in the show, but most of them are awful. I agree with your top 3. Dan, Nate and Carter are her 3 most prominent and more interesting love interests. I agree with Carter being number 3 as I did like them together, but not as much as I liked her with Dan and Nate. Obviously, you know from my comments on the Nate and Dan videos that my favorite ship is Serena and Nate and I really wanted them to be endgame, but I agree that the way their relationship for the most part was not good which is a shame because I think they could have been so great. I love their scenes together so much with the banter and the flirtation between them. So good. Their chemistry was amazing and I do like the slow burn with them like you said. Dan would be my number 2 because I did like him and Serena together, especially in the beginning. They were so cute and sweet and I thought Dan brought out the good side of her in the beginning. I'm not mad that they ended up together, but it was definitely rushed like you said and the way they treated each other in the later seasons was so bad. It's all good though. The only other thing I would change would be having Serena and Damien be number 4 because even though Damien wasn't a very good guy I did like the dynamic with him and Serena and would have loved if they had been explored further like them going to that camp together like you said. That could've been very interesting. Even though Serena's character was pretty bad in the later seasons, I do still love her and Blake Lively is so gorgeous. You are also looking very beautiful by the way with your makeup. Keep up the great work.

1) Nate of course. He was a great boyfriend to Serena and theres no denying it. He didnt treat her badly while they were together .
2) Dan. I only put him above Carter because she had serious problems trusting Carter which is think makes him a worse option than Dan because their relationship wouldn’t have worked out. And I think we cant ignore that Derena got married … and also that Serena always went back to Dan so even tho he had an ugly personality and ugly actions I think that she obviously liked him the most.
3) Carter. He was a guy who really liked Serena, trying to help her , she obviously trusted him to be the only person to help find her dad but also she couldn’t trust that he wasn’t dating other women.. So thats why I put him 3rd. I liked them together tho, and even Blair started to accept them after she and chuck had a vendetta against him. But it was shitty that he knew serenas dad was in palm beach and he didnt tell her.. i mean tho its no worse than anything dan did to her online and said to her in person.
Hmm now im conflicted with my choice of carter v dan but i think ultimately Serena CHOSE dan throughout the whole show so even if he doesn’t seem a great guy, he was her favourite love interest
