Hello, I have doubt, if my mds degree certificate mentionas only conservative dentistry, Can I apply for DHA endodontist exam?
Or is there an option conservative dentist other than General Dentist

For the majority of cases, an oral assessment is not required. you can check your requirements in the self-assessment test on their site. we have explained the self-assessment test in our first video on the DHA exam.

Nowadays Most licensing doesn't require oral assessment. But U can check with the DHA(800342) to know if you require oral assessment or not.

For how long is the eligibility letter valid?Nd can you explain about the eligibility renewal process
The eligibility letter is valid for 1 year. Later we can renew. Currently the fee to be paid is 220AED for renewal for 1 year and some CDE(continuing dental education) points. But the rules keep on changing. So, better to check on their website or to call DHA.

Before license I worked in India. After shifting to Dubai I started working within 3 months. During that time I got the license process completed.
What do you mean by oral assessment in DHA exam? How is it conducted? Are oral assessment and prometric exam same in DHA?
Hi Doc,
Currently, the Majority of licenses from India don't require Oral assessment. Prometric exams and oral assessments are both different. Prometric exam pattern is similar to the NEET exam.

Hi Doc, I have used only the study material to clear. But there s no harm doing more, as the pattern has changed from this year onwards.
What to study in the oral assessment as I can’t find anything
not all licenses require oral assessment. You may get some details about it through some Coaching centers. You can message me at +91 81057 01619, I would be happy to connect you to some centers.

Hello mam i have a doubt regarding this you have said that 2 year of clinical experience is needed but how do we get that if we work in any clinic they dont give us any certificate or anything so for that working in hospital is necessary?
Hi doc,
even working in a clinic is considered. You can ask for a work experience letter from the clinics which they can print on their letterhead, which is regarded as proof of work experience.

Mam if we have not cleared in 1st attempt..then we have to go through the same procedure and fees as first or direct exam and exam fees..??

Ma’am difference between consultant and specialist?
Doc, In Dubai, specialist is similar to MDS with min 2 years exp required. but for consultants they have certain other criteria as well which has to be fulfilled if someone wants to practice as consultant in Dubai.You can check their official website for further details.
