Specialists get jobs more easily.. but experience post MDS is important..

Yes but you will need their experience letter stating you are working with them..

What kind of Experience ? According to DHA
Experience is stated as Hands on Clinical Experience gained by a licensed healthcare professional during a salaried employment/contractual period.
It also mentions that it excludes volunteer jobs, Observership or clinical attachment.
So owning your dental practice will suffice or will have to work in a hospital as a salaried employee ?

In Dr Nida's situation she had her own private practice. Otherwise you can have an experience letter stating and it is important to detail out the work you have done.

You can apply from India by visiting job websites.. but easier to go there.. meet and give interviews.. search online..
If after mds tht 3 years is considered as experience for gp dentist nd aftr passing exams can v wrk as gp dentist or as specialiat dentist?
If you go straight after MDS then GP dentist.. because MDS is considered experience..
If you want to go as a specialist you need 3 years experience after MDS..

3k to 10k basic and then usually you get a percentage of the treatments you do.

Doctor I’m a periodontist I passed out my mds in 2019 since then I’ve been working on various icmr research so my experience certificate is more on academic side then clinical.
But I really really want to go to Dubai and work but I have no idea weather I should go for clinical or I should go for research related jobs I just want to go.. please help
Should be based on your interest and will you get such kind of jobs there. You have to first find if there are research related opportunities there.

Hi sir. I'm MDS with 2 and half yrs experience. I have cleared general dentist DHA exam. But in my dental registration certificate, both BDS and MDS are mentioned. So, When I applied for eligibility letter I was asked to re-apply only after completing 3 yrs experience after MDS.
My doubt is - the eligibility letter validity starts from my exam result date or from the day it is issued?

There are many FB groups for DHA exam search and join them. You will find other orthodontists who are giving it and can talk to them.

It is not valid in Dubai
So i give exam for GP dentist. Correct?
And once i get there is there any way to validate my degree or get licensed as an endodontist?

The mds degree from india is also not directly recognized so a specialist exam is given.
It might be the same for China but not sure. So please check DHA website for confirmation about Chinese degree 🙂.

No criteria as such but check will you get a job there after studying there. Find out how is the job opportunity before you apply..
Sir do dentist have insurance if some how while doing any case you fail ... What the consequences..
In UAE it's compulsory to get insured. In India as well it is preferable to have it.
Can a indian phd holder in dentistry has any advantage to work in gulf countries or UAE ? Or is it the same route you have to follow to work in dentistry ?

Yes, currently there are job openings for MDS graduates. But it is reducing with time.

For periodontists it’s easy..it’s all about carranza..but for prosthodontist how many books 😀
You have to study all the books to get your basic right. The books you study don't matter for clearing the exam. If you have the knowledge required to diagnose and treat the exam you can clear it. All basic concepts books are a must.
