Usually it will be valid for 5 years but, kindly ask DHA as the rules keep on changing.

Hi doc, after BDS you need to have min 2-3 years exp to get the license in Dubai. and salary in hospitals will vary according to the experience.

Madam i saw one of UA-cam video one lady doctor tell starting salary 8 to 10 dharm after 2 year experience and got permeant license then your salry jump 25 to 30 thousand dharam ..is true mama ?
It varies doc, cant comment on that.But 2 things.Firstly, in Dubai without permanent license we cant start working. secondly, I have tried to summarise the current situation in this video which I have seen first hand.

Hi doc, There is no clear cut answer to it. starting job can be on commission basis and then it can range from 5000 AED to 15000 or more. It all depends on profile and the kind of clinic u are planning to work, etc.

These salaries are fabricated. Most GD dentists I know are getting paid 3-4K, maybe 5-8K max if they are lucky
