So glad you are still putting out outstanding video content. I purchased an 82’ GL 1100 a few years ago and always refer to your tips and tricks instruction for any thing that I’m not sure of. This bike I have is the ultimate fixer. Your wisdom has helped w/ every bit of it. I’m no mechanic but love to D. I. Y. It is always more satisfying. Semper Fi, Mike from Southern California
I'm really loving this build - awesome job Cody and thanks for all the work you do that goes into filming and editing all this, much appreciated! Happy New Year to you too brother!
As ALWAYS Cody..............a Great video with a lot of "teaching" involved by doing ONE THING at a time,in a detailed manner!!! Great job!!! Looking forward to next week's video already!!! Lol. : >)
Not only that. To my understanding moly is intended to wear out the parts that it’s on so they mesh together better overtime. Not so sute about using it where it mixes with engine oil.
@@TheMotorcycleMD hey thanks man , you’re gonna find this funny but I actually use this stuff to repack and grease ATV winches, i didn’t know what it was till I went and looked at the tube I have . I just never heard it referred to as moly . But thanks
Like your ethics. I cring when I see users and mechanics assemble without putting in the effort. Valve checks with grotty centre frame spars overhead. I have to stop watching.

Thanks man! Glad you are enjoying it!
Great video! These motors are very similar to the Honda ATC 185 and 200 motors. A lot of this video applies to them as well. Thank you.
Another great video
Thanks again!
happy new year Cody, the XL 185s was my first "real" motorcycle when I turned 18, robust and reliable daily driver 😀
You think they are awesome looking!
Memories from doing my own in the 80s

I’m studying to become bike tech/mech. And this is great vid. Thank you!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Moly overkill confirmed!

Blasphemy!
Love this build , dumb question what is moly ?
molybdenum disulfide! Is a semi dry paste that acts as a lubricant. Takes a bit for it to wear off!

Moly is the woman you really don't want to get involved with. LOL
👍🏻
