I understand that J Deere worked with industrial designers to make sure that their tractors not only ran and worked well but that they looked good too. That good looking 3010 is proof that they got it right!
Nice crop, dont see much Alfalfa around me in the south. We have a 1209 that I never got to see work so it was nice to see one in action as ours is getting scrapped since the rollers are toast. Thanks for the video and you got a new sub from me.
@@bobcrone6151 There are varieties Alfalfa that grow in the south developed by the University of Georgia called Bulldog 505 and 506 I think for south and north Georgia. Was going to try it but the timing hasn't worked out for me.

Well made video! Love it.
3010 Diesel and 1209 haybine is what I cut hay with on my grandfather's dairy farm when I was a teenager in the 1980's in Wisconsin.😊 GREAT memories!👍
Awesome thanks for watching!
Hey me too except it was for my Dad near the Medford area.
@@anthonyhengst2908 My grandfather's farm was by Elk Mound.

Thanks will do!
Look like it was running along real good to me
Just the way we do it except we usually use a 3020.... Sometimes the A but mostly the 3020.
How is a 3010D? Ever give you any problems?
I run a 1650 Oliver on my 1209 John deere
One rear wheel on the back of the tractor is a bit wider than the other one right? Or am I wrong
They are the same. I think my camera makes it look that way
👍
Don't mess with that pto when the tractor is running man starters are cheap u can't replace arms fingers or your life
I run my 1219 with my 620
