First time ever using a Haybine international 1190 cutting hay

Hello nice video. You need to drop the head all the way down there should be skid plates on the bottom to follow the contours of the ground. Grease it all up and make sure you have enough gear oil in box. You may be able to get a opertrstors manual for it. Have a great day.

Thanks. Was fun guessing what to do to get it to work. Wasn't sure about the head height. Seemed to jam up with grass if went all the way down. I need manuals for a bunch of old equipment now.

@@MrBriansAmazingWorld I found that cutting short grass the machine does not work as well also. You may also look at the knives and make sure there in good shape and the guards. I'm no expert just my opinion. Thanjs your reply have a good day.

@@MrBriansAmazingWorld you may need to adjust the skid plates, I have an 1190 also
