- The 2024 Nissan Frontier Hardbody Edition is retro done right. Great attention to detail and an old school V6 make this truck a nostalgia trip worth taking.

What do you think of the 2024 Nissan Frontier Hardbody Edition? Do you agree with Andy that it's retro done right?
Horrible. Your review was also trash for an overpriced vehicle with decals...
Out the door at 32k would be a good price.
Retro shouldn't mean omiting features for the sake of it being a 'retro' product. No Bluetooth and halogen lights is kind of crazy for a car to not have/ have in 2024.
Not to mention it’s way overpriced. The hard body edition starts at $44k! This should be a $35k truck at the absolute most.
They’re about 20k overpriced. $42k for this is absolutely absurd.
Bro you'd be brain dead to buy any Nissan at sticker. Obviously these will be discounted like the rest of them. You think a modern truck like that can be had for 22k? That won't even get you a base Tacoma
@@BCJDM a base Tacoma had over $8k in standard equipment over this…not the best argument
Wait till you see the $70k Tacoma Trail Hunter.
@@cargueone1971 again, we’re not talking about one of the best all around vehicles on the market in terms of reliability, aftermarket support, dealer support, and proven off road capability….we’re talking about a stripped down frontier that is absurdly priced double its value. An apples to apples comparison would be the Toyota IMV 0 being priced at $35k
@@blklotus2753a 2 door pre runner cost the same as this with a 4 cylinder and no 4x4
They really went retro with the 1st Gen halogen headlights!
These videos are worth watching just simply because this dude makes me laugh. Badass sweater my man!
2:43 who needs screens? You don't! Proceeds to show all the screens
Test drove used 2023 Frontier Pro 4X4 with 6k miles on 5/25/24. It was so fun and enjoyable. The interior size felt perfect! but still a bit out of my price range $37k before dealer fees, tax, tag etc. So it would be $41,000 which is $10k over my budget 😩 Nissan did a great job with this new Frontier. And I did look at their less expensive new models but they were more expensive
I am so in love with this man
🏳️🌈
Love this truck...but I promise you right now, if I get one, the FIRST thing I am doing is putting in LED headlight bulbs!
🔥🔥🔥ANDY🔥🔥🔥
The old ones look way cooler with a lift kit and aftermarket stuff. The interior on the new Nissans and the fact that they don’t have a choice for a king cab option is a downer. If I wanted a v6 off roading crew cab truck I could just find a first gen frontier and do some mods. There’s plenty of them still on the road.
A little too retro with the headlights. I don't support going retro with safety. Maybe some old school looking kc hi lites would solve that problem though!
I'd argue that Halogens are better in terms of safety. New lights are just too bright. If i drive in my old Jaguar which sits very low I get blinded by LEDs and it's just not necessary for one to see 70 miles ahead
@@herbie53opf Agree. We drove for years on halogens no problem. I live in western Wyoming and drive on a lot of 2 lane highways and halogens are much better for oncoming traffic. Blinding as hell going head on into LEDs.
I drive a 90s Nissan truck in a very rural environment and, wouldn't you know it, my headlights are the brightest thing on the road when there are no other vehicles. I can see very, very well... until a brand new Ranger, Triton, Hilux, etc comes round a corner with automatic hi-beams on that (1) take a second too long to auto-dim and (2) barely make a difference from the extremely bright low-beams. Instant blindness. Bring back the halogens across the board and stop trying to turn night to day with your egos posing as safety features.
I hate LED headlights. Retina burners cruising around.
I've seen as high as $7 grand discount off a very loaded Frontier. Very tempting, but one drawback is the oil change procedure.
I want it. I must have it.
A pro-x 4 is cheaper
Cool truck but definitely overpriced. A compact shouldn't be more than like 45000cdn, and that's for a fancy one. It's not my problem everyone charges so much for vehicles now, that doesn't mean that's what they are actually worth
It’s still a Nissan though. It’ll probably be a complete turd by the time it’s paid off. PLUS… I want steel wheels and NO graphics.
