Glad to see you happy! God is great! I had a job - great pay, benefits, etc and new manager came in and was a total "bleep". Made everything difficult and for two years I sought another opportunity. I always cut on teh side for extra cash.....Then, I told my wife, at 55 i can retire and go full time lawn care and landscape....She was like , what!?!?! Next thing you know I went from 20+ yards to 60 yards and I havent looked back. I was 100% residential and now I have a couple of HOA's sprinkled in and a commercial account. Mostly solo bc son is in college but he helps in teh summer for extra cash. Never been happier!! Glad you are happy too! Never thought I could replace my day job income with cutting grass. SOunds silly when you think about it

I’m about to do the same at the place I work full-time. How did you go about getting someone to fertilizer? I will be mowing,mulching,bed edging, trimming small bushes and trees pulling weeds from flower beds. Just do know what to do for fertilizer. Any tips brother?
Well the place I’m referring to doesn’t want fertilizer so I don’t need to worry about it …but networking in your area is what I’d suggest

I think that depends on what kinda properties you enjoy doing. I target family owned businesses for commercial work. I like to work with people who own the business cuz it’s been a better experience for me.
