Me being born and raised in San Diego getting ready to move outta state 😂 if I had the budget I’d definitely stay but being a single mom is tuff af on the wallet
Love the video, Jamie! I'm moving to SoCal from Minnesota in the next few months. Always thought I'd end up in Laguna Beach. But the more I visit San Diego, the more I like it. And a big reason why is because of "the people." A San Diego native recently told me that . . . "San Diego is where you live and Laguna is where you vacation." As much as I love Laguna, I'm starting to think this San Diego native has it right.
That’s exciting. Yes, I would have to agree. Although I’ve never lived in OC, but being from SoCal you get to understand the differences in the areas and whether it’s Laguna or Newport, there isn’t as much of a community feel. Laguna might be different because it’s such a small area! But I’ll always advocate for SD ☀️ Good luck on your move 👌
You’re close to family; nuff said Great choice I’m from the Bay Area / imo sd is to boring/ Mexico is off limits now(to sketchy and probably 4eva Monterey,ca Is tops
I’m aware of the court in Mission Bay. There are a bunch in a few diff locations throughout the bay (on each side) but I always see courts at every major park too!
@@mrskeppers1 if you’re up in north county I would look into Carlsbad or San Marcos. In San Diego: La Mesa, South Park and Point Loma are great areas to look in to!
Some people value lifestyle more than money! If you don't care about constant rain or 100+ degrees in the summer, you can move to Seattle or Texas with no income tax. But why waste half of your life staying at home?

I really wanna move there but I heard cost of living high and my family think I am tripping lol smh
After growing up in San Diego we sold both properties, and we moved *away* from San Diego. In Europe now and loving it.
I want to move to San Diego but I’m totally broke. Will somebody help out?

Does San Diego have great basketball 🏀 courts?

Thanks for the Video But: what about the violence?
I feel like people are fleeing California by the truckloads. It’s too expensive, homeless, traffic…
Where is the best place for a 40s couple with little kids?
But still wants nightlife/citylife/etc
Wanting private schools so good public schools not necessary.

Hahahaha move to San Diego. I guess you a money tree. Gas alone almost 7 dollars . Lol

Spent almost 50 years in San Diego. Left for a more peaceful, uncrowded place. Too expensive, too crowded and the traffic is horrible
