You completely missed the boat on Bonita and Eastlake. Bonita is 15 minutes to the beach and has a country vibe found nowhere else in San Diego. And what happened to Imperial Beach?
Really really love this video and her description of the various areas of San Diego, She definitely doesn’t hold anything back and tells it like it is, I especially loved the part of the area she described as having pot holes 🕳️ had me laughing big time while taking in the info about the various areas and districts, She keeps it real, Thanks for posting.. Tony from the Midwest..🙌🏼🏖️👏🏼😃📸
@@brat32179 absolutely! There are a lot of great restaurants near by! Plus being so close to Del Mar, it’s easy to hop over to Monarch to have a little sunset cheers moment 🥂
1 million dollars for a tiny house that hardley has a yard and surrounded by a homless population is absolutely wild. How did california let this happen? 😂 One thing she forgot to mention about North Park is that it's like the best drinking spot in the entire city, so there's a lot of drunk people walking around being loud AF. I'M ONE OF EM! You won't have a front yard with enough square feet to buffer the sound of dumbasses like me. I have no idea who the hell would want to put up with living out of a small house in North park for 1 million dollars minimum. That is insanity 😂 Lemon Grove is probably the best place around here as far as your dollars worth if I'm being honest. Spring Valley has gotton a lot better over the years too even though it's not exactly considered SD county, it used to be kind of rough.
@@1882dmac funny enough, I did have South Park, but switched it out with Linda Vista. Wanted to cast a bigger net, given I mentioned North Part. South Park is undoubtably a great area!

Can you do one of these long form tier list videos for North county San Diego? Examples Vista Oceanside, Carlsbad.

Can you do a video on the best casinos in San Diego ?

Sunset Cliffs / Liberty Station / Point Loma deserved to be in the S Tier 😩
@@cameron3550 I agree! Love that area. It doesn’t get enough recognition 💛
Hey... we have nightlife in Carmel Valley, as long as you like to be home by 9:30/10pm. :)

A little surprise you left South Park off the list. There is also a lot of development going on around College East.

Wtf!!! Where in City Heights can you find a Home less then 600k?!?!!
It’s going to be 1-2 bedrooms and need quite a bit of work, but they do come up regularly.
She probably means condos, no homes at that price range.
How is del cerro not on the list. This is crazy
