I see that you are a graduate of the KISS School of Rig making. Not a criticism...simple is how it should be. Excellent video. Cheers. Ken

Really good mate I've watched a few rig making vids on UA-cam now and yours was really easy to follow I'd have no problem now making my own pully rig without having to buy them nice one bud!! Keep the rig making vids coming would also be good for beginners, making a vid on tieing shock leader to main line

Try the Gemini proper pulley . No bead , no swivel .

      Cheers for your comment
These rigs are aimed at complete beginners budget friendly, but I do agree the gemini pully bead is a good bit of kit

Brilliant. I have lost two blue weights with rigs lately at Langney due to my knot failures. So this is valuable information for me. Where did you get that weight in video? Not seen one like that before is it just for that particular rig set up?

Hi Dawn thanks for watching my videos and taking time to comment :) im sorry to hear of your knot failures here is a video of the knot im using most of the time now on my personal rigs which has never failed me
      ua-cam.com/video/EYHr32vXWmw/v-deo.html
      I hope this helps
Also the leads in this video are called rolling leads.
Rolling leads are mainly used for searching out fish when there is not much movement in the water or running tide
When the sea is rougher grip weights are used to anchor the rig to the sea bed to stop it moving
But when there is no tide rolling leads can help to find fish :)

@@TheEastbourneFisherman Thank you for your quick response. Is there time to stop fishing ie Nov, Dec, Jan? As I have not caught anything probably 'cause I keep losing my rigs😂. I have been fishing about an hour prior to high tide and about 2 after!!! Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I am going to make your rigs following your tuition videos, as they are clear yet detailed. I will also use the knot shown in your link. Many thanks.

@@dawnexon5144 your not doing anything wrong, you can fish all year round no problem.
This weekend im releasing another rig making video which is a two hook flapping rig.
Most of my fish are caught on these rigs with small size 2 hooks.
Fishing is hard sometimes, the sea is a huge vast space and in comparison our small worm baits are tiny!
A good angler once said to me
You can only catch if they are there!
      Keep going
And remember catching is always a bonus :).
