poor baby lol i'm the same way when someone gets to playing in my hair! but this was amazing! definitely grabbing the ebook for parting help! happy new year!
Thank you sis ❤️❤️❤️ definitely need to take a page from your book and be more consistent! I’m bout ready to start working on the next one lol! Hope you had a wonderful New Year!
Thank you so much , it’s the texture for me that I had a problem with my friends hair was straighter than your clients in the video. With me not being a stylist I was so lost at how yo accomplish good box braids for him since I’m used to doing 4c type hair
My question is about your blow dryer. Do you use the comb attachment that came with it or did you purchase a separate one? I see alot of reviews on Amazon say the teeth bend during use.
Thanks for this video! And thank you for also linking the products you used. Could you share at what stages you use the sculpting foam and growth oil spray? Is the shine n jam for the parts only and the sculpting foam for the braids?
Most welcome and sure the spray and foam are at the end of the style. I use the jam for parting and a little at the base of the braids. The foam is at the very end once the style is complete.
i have type 3a/3b hair and i want box braids but my fringe is slightly longer than the sides and back. i want my box braids to be slightly longer on the back of my head as i see most box braids usually are shorter at the front than the back. should i get my fringe/front of my hair trimmed to be slightly shorter than the back to get this style? any replies will be hugely appreciated
My bfs hair is a little bit more textured and I don’t put nothing in the end just wrap it around my finger a bit to make a curl and it stays well for 2 weeks before I take it out
How much did you charge that client? I’m a braider myself and sometimes I feel like I’m not charging enough because my work is really good but I would like to know what a professional braider charges. And also great video actually taught me a little more
You soothed his actual, SOUL. Some good, relaxing, rest was had!😊You are a GEM, because it still turned out really good.🤗😉

🙂 all products are in the description section with links
homie is shhhhlumped 😂 great job!
Any tips on how to seal the ends of the braids with this hair type ? my issue is they unravel
rubberbands
use a crochet hook (only for the ends)
My question is about your blow dryer. Do you use the comb attachment that came with it or did you purchase a separate one? I see alot of reviews on Amazon say the teeth bend during use.
I use the one that came with it. However the teeth do bend over time, but I will continue to use it until I get a new one lol
What gel are you using in the parts ??
Shine n jam!! All links are in the description section.

@@NiqueLynn awesome thank you! Can't wait to try it on my man 🥰
I would like to know when each product is used, I’m not able to tell on the video. Can you help? Thanks!
Gel is used at the beginning and mousse is used at the end.
Great video!! very educational
Glad you enjoyed it

I think you should try to get braided as is. This way you can see how it looks first prior to cutting it.
@@NiqueLynn thank you
How many braids are there total???!
Love the helpful tips and details💕 (new subscriber✨) how much do you typically charge for this style??
Heyyy thank you so much for subscribing. I charge around 65 for these.
can we get more angels please also a before and after would be beautiful ❤️ thank you 🔥
Sure thing I will do my best
Is it pretty pricey to get braids done at shops?
No not really, probably range about 75 bucks
Cool good job 👍
Thanks!
You’re welcome.
The best channel for tips and everything✨
Wow, thanks!😊
I've been growing my hair for like 2 years and my box braids aren't even at my eyes yet. It grows so damn slow I swear
Do you have a routine?
@@NiqueLynn Eh kinda? I get them re-done every 2 weeks cause it gets messy so easily
Love it !!
Can I ask how long this would have taken to do? :)
Sure I would say roughly two hours if that
does my hair need to be long? (btw im a male im on my sisters acc)
I would say about 3 inches is good
Great job
Thank you Shane!
How long did it take
Maybe about 1.5 hours
Easy to braid hair texture
👍🏾
I couldn’t get how this hair stay like that without using anything in the ends🤔
His ends are rubberbanded, apologies if I missed that part.
My bfs hair is a little bit more textured and I don’t put nothing in the end just wrap it around my finger a bit to make a curl and it stays well for 2 weeks before I take it out
BAM
This is definitely a huge help for me for doing my boyfriends hair. Wish me luck !
Thank you much ❤️
How much does it cost to get this done
It really depends on the person doing it.
How much did you charge that client? I’m a braider myself and sometimes I feel like I’m not charging enough because my work is really good but I would like to know what a professional braider charges. And also great video actually taught me a little more
