And totally agree about increasing activity movement. One habit I've recently developed is to not sit more than 15-20 minutes without standing & walking around. And tackling at least 1 small home chore each time to keep me distracted, bending & stretching. This really helps in knee (leg, hip) injury recovery & keeping aches & pains minimal :)

Hi doc, still swinging my knee to prevent knee replacement..but the replaced knee I do not swing. Bless you.
I’m going to try your suggestions. I have knee pain and receive an X-ray which showed nothing. I’ve had hip pain on the same side and received an injection after PT failed to relieve the pain. I’m sitting while I’m working full time.
My office chair was almost as high as it would go already, but I moved it to the max. Every little bit helps, right ⁉️
