Hello Voltacon Solar, do you know how many cells are in the US3000C and US5000C batteries?
I think the US2000C has 30 cellsat 25ah each configured as 15S, 2P.

I do not think they dispatch to consumers directly unless you have a special arrangement or you know how to do it. Not all people are technically ready

Why should you not replace it at home?
Pylontech sends me one to replace it, noi problem jzusrt be carefull with J160 connector!
