Great video Joe. When buying a home in Mexico, do you have mortgages like in the US? What is the minimum down payment requirement? What is the interest rate? How much are the property taxes?
We Mexicans are getting fed yo with you people coming to live here just to have a cheaper lifestyle one day we will run out of patience and get every single one out Pancho Villa style so don’t come you’ve been warned
Rosarito has the most contaminated beaches and water in Mexico. This is no lie! Check other UA-cam videos to verify this. The Mexican federal government has rankings of water quality of all beaches in Mexico. Also, Rosarito lacks infrastructure, lack of paved roads, inadequate water distribution, and lack of drainage. Plus it's extremely cold at night 9 months of the year, with a heavy rainy season. You're far better off in Cancun or Cabo San Lucas where winter is not cold at all. Mexico’s federal commission against sanitary risks recently labeled six beaches in Tijuana and Rosarito as being the most polluted in all of Mexico when it comes to fecal matter. The bacteria comes from raw sewage in the water. The agency says these six beaches far exceed the acceptable health levels set by the World Health Organization. During the last quarter of this year, 254 beaches throughout Mexico were surveyed and the six in Northern Baja topped the list as the most polluted as a result of sewage in the water. The federal agency said in a statement “immediate actions need to take place at these six beaches to prevent health risks for tourists and Mexican nationals.” The fecal matter is believed to have come from discharges of untreated sewage at a plant in Punta Bandera about five miles south of the border. The state of Baja California has announced a plan to refurbish the Punta Bandera facility starting in January, but the work should take almost a year to complete. ua-cam.com/video/5Gec5JzYr5c/v-deo.htmlsi=7dgSz_ZQPgoH5p4f
Honestly man. As soon as I saw you dressed like "Mr. Cool", wearing sunglasses indoors, and with gum in your mouth...I lost interest. Not professional. Not quality. Not anyone else I would trust. Just being honest.

Thank you! We will do a video discussing this
Most homes in Mexico you purchase outright with no mortgage. If you have $879,000us sitting in the bank this home is yours.

Beautiful location. Extremely cheap finishings. This is a tourist trap. A tear down at best
The problem with Rosarito is that is hardly hot, most of the time is cold, so almost never you can enjoy the outdoors amenities...
Which outdoor amenities ?
