@@marcojimenez5555 yes, places like Sicily and southern Italy 🇮🇹 have amazing deals because of the dying population…. The positive side of Baja is that this is only 120 miles from the U.S. border, immigration is less restrictive, unfortunately Italy doesn’t allow US citizens , I Canadians (I believe) to stay over 90 days and then you must be out for 90 days… it is kind of difficult if you want to stay there longer. You would need a nomad or other types of visa…. Mexicans stamp an immigration card and I’m good for 6 month, and before it gets expired I stamp it again…. So I can stay here potentially forever. That’s my thoughts
